Very good hotel

The staff are friendly and Amnah, the receptionist is very professional, welcoming and friendly. I also appreciated Amnah's communication skills in English. Thank you Amnah. The flexibility with checking out is also very appreciated. Thank you.

Very friendly staff

The hotel is terrible. The interior design of the room needs a full review. We arrived 7PM and one reception is available as it is call for Magrib and fast breaking so he rushed our check in. Went up to the room and shocked with two single beds squeezed in a less than four meter square even though our booking is two twin beds. I went down complained to the same gentleman but he is hopeless cuz his peers and supervisors are away for fast breaking. He asked us to come after one hour and half and he will TRY to solve the problem. We were exhausted after a long drive but no one bother. Came after two hours and one supervisor came to help us and the surprisingly she has no idea about the complain so we have to start explain to her again - the surprise is she does not know anything about the set up of her hotel room and has to make some phone calls to understand the set up of the hotel room. She suggested to give us a handicap room and ask the bell room to show us the room. we agreed after seeing the room even it is tribble. They put beds in an empty area and block the cabinet and fridge, the fridge was overheated because the bed blocked the air pass and the funny thing the TV is above the bed so imagine how you can watch. Anyhow; we spent the night safely. The funny thing is all staff believe they have walked an extra step to help their customer but reality is not even Hospitality101 yet. This is not IHG members standards at all. Management is bad and staff needs a real training.

Food was the best food for all communities n excellent, friendly staff especially front desk girls very helpful overall experience excellent , will come back agsin n recommend to everyone to come n stay here..

Property needs attention it’s a little outdated

Very poor condition for bathroom

AC was not working got the first 24 hours. At least 2 in person and 2 phone request led to fix this issue. Electric kettle in the room was out of service as well. It was replaced after 24 hours of stay. Bath shower was quite dirty plus drainage was poor in it. Only benefit was proximity to Masjid Nabvi.

The location was excellent for our purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. Reema, at the front desk, made our stay amazing by recommending some local restaurants and nice spots to see.

Clean, Good service close to Haram sharif

This was my first stay in this hotel in madina but really surprised me bc I am coming from Canada since 2017 every year staying almost all 5 star hotels but in this price we got excellent experience We will stay again

Location, staff, food is great but the property is very run down!

Food was excellent, nothing else was. Hotel seriously needs renovation. Reception bathroom pathetic (very dirty). Reception staff ok.

The room furnishings were dated and broken in some cases. The one office chair was falling apart. The carpet was heavily stained and just plain nasty. Had to keep wearing shoes all the time. Will not be staying here again or recommending it.

Hotel was nice . Lot of people around hotel , come n asking for money . Plz don’t give them any money since most of them scams . I rather give to people working in mosque . They deserve mist not these thugs n idiots around hotel vicinity. Hotel should do something to spray them away . These people have no shame
