A four star hotel that focuses more on service and making people happy.
Buffet breakfast is to die for! Beds are firm and made me forget the 20 hour flight from France. The pool and gym are quiet despite the flux of people.
Recommending it to my entourage. Giving it 4 stars 🌟.
One small note, the door and corners of the bathroom needs to be refreshed. Mirrors and doors are in a state of help. And on the pool side. Sun shade and umbrellas are needed to ne provided surely when the sun hits the highest temperature. We used the towels to cover our faces instead which is not practical.

Location is good as it is in BGC. Near to restaurants. I was housed in tower A and my room look tied. One light in the bathroom was out and bedside light is flicking. Opened the curtains to let in natural light.
Breakfast selection is good and was not so crowded as I went early. Waiting staff during breakfast was good. Very attentive. Not so good outside meal hours as there are less staff around and you have to wait a bit for your drinks and bill.
Counter staff are efficient and friendly.
Good place to stay overall but with the condition of the room, I think it is a bit overpriced. N

Great set up, excellent customer service attention and real nice rooftop dining experience. Need upgrading to smart TV so can watch shows from streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc.

Hotel was in a great location with large rooms. But service from the front staff was very ordinary. Upon arriving into our room we found toilet was dirty with no hot water
Next day we asked to change room and made us wait 10 min in the hallway until new room was available

Aircon can't be adjusted.
Water condesation happened when air con is off.
Bathroom water temperature is unstable.
the room wall is so thin until can hear the next door conversation clearly.
the breakfast serving portion is not up to standard, always run out of clean glasses.

Stayed on the 19th floor be careful you will hear the night club above on the weekends. breakfast option was average but was included in the rate, take it or leave it would be fine. Staff was so nice, like too nice every time you enter the hotel you will be met with barrage of hellos, even the drug sniffing dog(s) will greet you. If you’re traveling for more than a week get the city apartment, it has a washer/dryer. Pleasantly suprised by this.

Our second time here. We love the kindness and attentiveness of staff, our room, the amenities (e.g., gym), its proximity to everything, and we love our Club Room amenities with complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour drinks and appetizers that are substantial enough to be dinner. Staff at the Club Room are exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel.

1. I booked a king sized bed room but was assigned a double bed room instead. Why would I bother to book a king size if I did not want it? The reception gave me the the look that "it is not the hotel's problem" that they are overbooked. I felt that I paid extra for a king bed room but all I got was 2 single beds, and such a terrible response without any sincere apology or any compensations
2. Water pressure on level 10 was terrible, I could hardly take a shower without turning the shower head into a jet stream. The sink water pressure was also terrible that I had brush my teeth with a cup.
3. I had to wait in line for breakfast just to be seated when the restaurant was pretty empty! Why did this happened?

Location is good as it is located in BGC. It is a bit pricy but I think it is worth it.
Breakfast was alright and the service staff is fantastic. Counter staff is alright.
Lobby staff looks tired and overworked. Not so friendly.
Room is fine and cleaning crew is very good. One of the best cleaning service I have so far.

Check in was easy; front desk friendly and informative. Room is dissapointing: door entrance all scratched up; walls and curtains filthy; scratches on furniture; bathroom door won’t close; glass shower door loose hinges and won’t close completely; sink faucet wiggly; towels are musty (need to improve laundry); tile grouting filthy. That said, food is pretty good.

Nice location, very walkable to shopping and many dining options. There was no hot water so taking a shower was not pleasant. This is the only complaint.

The morning breakfast buffet, which is included, was excellent! The staff are excellent!! Thank you Ashley and Chriselle for being helpful. You two made my stay memorable. I will be back.

The breakfast and employees were the best thing about this hotel. Made my stay wonderful! I also stayed at the Hyatt and the difference of the property condition was night and day. My stay at Seda was still memorable.

Seda BGC is the best place to stay at due to its proximity to restaurants and stores for tourists.
The staff are professional and accommodating. The place is clean as well as the rooms and the restaurant.
I will definitely go back to stay at our next visit to the Philippines.
