Excellent location--a few minutes walk to Greenbelt and Glorietta. Appreciated the very clean and well-maintained room. With fast wifi. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate with host for inquiries/ requests.

- there were cockroaches in the bathroom
-the only TV channels were local channels. CNN Philippines was the only English channel, which is frustrating for non-locals.

The host is very kind understanding. I was allowed for early check in and late check out withour extra fee in accordance with my flight time. She replies promptly when I sent messages. My requirements are quickly solved if it is in her hand.
The most interesting thing is the location. It is very convenient. It takes about 5-7 minutes by walk to shopping malls (Green Belt, HallMark...), banks, museum.... It is safe place with fresh air.
The equipment in the room is rather old so their operation is not as good as my expectation but in fact, it is acceptable.

I loved the view of the city. The internet was strong. It's also near the malls. I also love the fact that it's near a park.

great location, very friendly and helpful staff, very good value for the cost, cleaning service was excellent, and the facilities were very good
the aircon was right at the head of the bed making it difficult to sleep. the bed should be repositioned away from the aircon. the shower did not drain very well. there should also be additional towels and face cloths provided.

safety box was not work and bathrooms to old need to fix also the bed sheet to old .AC noises let you wake-up

the staff were awesome and helpful and the location
saw 3 cockroaches inside the room and the sink kitchen smells like sewer. i get that it’s old building. but still shouldn’t smell that bad. i didn’t mind kitchen things looking all run down and old(kitchen doors looks like about to fall off lol. but could have been better if they fix those little things. also the knob for a/c is broken and the air goes straight to your face when laying down. so I put my luggage in front off it. also I keep having to turn the hot water on for shower it keeps turning off

There is a foul smell coming through the drain, in the bathroom. We kept tbe exhaust going all the time.
