First place I've stayed where they don't put more coffee and milk in the unit. Bed was comfortable and clean. Could do with a refurbish in the bathroom as this was moldy and wall had a hole in it where it had rotted. Have stayed there few years ago and place has changed. Didn't hear the traffic and suited our needs.

Noisy with road traffic and other noises so don’t recommend if you are a light sleeper.
Nice comfy bed and spacious room although is tired and dated
Water pressure is huge so watch turning on the taps.
No toilet roll holder. Just placed on the cistern.

The room was spacious with two king size beds. There was everything we needed for a night away. The heat pump kept us warm. The shower was quite slippery, so be careful when taking a shower.

Liked the large room and king bed though my pillow was hard like brick, and thick. Luckily found a spare pillow that was softer and smaller. Disliked hand basin in room instead of in the same room as the toilet and shower. There was a bedside lamp but nowhere to plug it in. Lights from nearby apartment block made the room light as no curtain on window on that side of room. Coming from a quiet rural area found the traffic noise annoying.

We were in a top floor unit (19 I think).
Aside from the moderately good view, everything seemed cheap & nasty, from the bed that would be better as a trampoline, wafer thin pillows (with no spares), table & chairs stuck out in the entry, and an incredibly noisy extractor fan in the bathroom that was last cleaned by Moses.
Worst was the road noise.
All-in-all, if you're wanting a place to sleep, find somewhere else.

Good location lovely park nearby with excellent walking trails. Within 5mins drive of the Hamilton gardens free entry and plenty to see and do We have used this motel 3times previously and it has remained of a very high standard however it is close to a very busy main road so can be noisy at times

Unit was in poor condition and in need of upgrade. Compared to other motels recently stayed in was not up to standard for the money charged.

Had to change rooms as first unacceptable dirty broken items very cold. 2nd room better although needs improoving. lay out poor massive shower room tiny kitchen. Sofa needed to be scrapped. Cold glad we kept the heater from the first room Needs decorating some money spending on it but could be good. Not the best location but the town centre isnt too far to walk

Had a great 2 night stay. Went to a show which was only a 10 min walk away. Supermarkets close by and a Lake across the road make it ideal for a family. Very nice staff.

Made very welcome. Nice roomy apartment, good view, clean but there are a couple of things that could make the visual appearance better like fix the tatty carpet edge where it joins the tiles and fix the broken tiles. A very pleasant manager and approachable.

The only thing stopping me rating it higher, is that the rooms don't have air con / heat pumps, only a freestanding fan.
I've stayed there twice in the last month, and being a very warm month, even with the fan on, and windows open all night, the room was still too warm.
Other than that, it's a good place (thus why I stayed there a second time).

Room had no heat pump/air conditioner- we were supplied with a small fan heater to warm the room. Not enough pillows were provided. Shower was the worst I had every come across. All very outdated. We were on the ground floor therefore the person staying above us must have been an elephant stomping around all night. Could not even park outside our room because someone else was. Had to keep the curtains closed otherwise anyone going to their car or walking past would been able to see in. Photo on website was misleading.
