Everything perfect. I would recommend to change the toilet. The one they have is too small and too low for seniors or disabled persons. It is adequate for a child!!

Adorable boutique hotel, right in the middle of all the action. We only had two nights and it was the perfect place to feel comfortable, Have great customer service, And awesome Surroundings that included some of the best restaurants in Lisbon, And lots of shopping. The bed was really nice, The rooms could use some art, But that would be my only comment to staff. They arranged the taxi to the airport for a reasonable price and just made everything a wonderful experience. Highly recommend

Staff nice Check in easy and fast ! The beds not comfortable. Stayed at Eurostar in Porto they were way better, foldout had big bars sticking in your back

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Staff addressed any concerns quickly and efficiently. Restaurant served delicious food (dinner), and room was comfortable and well appointed. Lots of “extras” included in our stay, which we really appreciated.

We enjoyed this property and the location. The breakfast also had a good selection and it was open early which was great for the days we had tours. The mini bar was a game changer when we wanted drinks/ beer late in the night. However, the pull out couch for our child was very uncomfortable and worn out.

We had a fabulous stay in this hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful, nothing was impossible. We will come back .

We stayed for 10 nights at this hotel and found it to be clean and most importantly very centrally located, allowing us to walk and explore Lisbon and everything it has to offer very easily and accessibly. It also was centrally located to various other transportation options, which made the overall location really excellent. With respect to the room specifically, we appreciated the large French doors, which allowed a beautiful evening breeze into the room, which was refreshing and also appreciated the little gestures provided by the hotel on a couple of evening during our stay. The room was clean and every day when we came back, it was spotless. Although we only ate at the restaurant one evening, the food was very good and the staff were friendly. The only negative was we found the Wi-Fi to be very spotty. For example, we could not step out onto the balcony and maintain a connection and throughout the day and evening when using the Internet, it would drop on a fairly regular basis. Other than that little annoyance if you want to experience Lisbon and are someone who enjoys walking and experiencing the culture and people I think this hotel is a great choice.

Great hotel experience overall! Located in the City Center which is walkable and close to dining and shopping. Next to hop on hop off bus stop for city tours. Staff was amazing, extremely helpful!

This hotel was the best customer service we had in Lisbon, hands down. Staff were friendly, helpful and seemed to really care about people staying at the hotel. Breakfast had many options for many styles of breakfasting. We ordered room service one evening after a full day and the vegetarian option was outstanding. We intentionally booked an interior room because the street and neighborhood are very busy. Our room was quiet and tastefully decorated. I would highly recommend a stay here because it is a great value for the level of service and comfort provided.

Great location, staff and a beautiful room with a french balcony to overlook the Baixa. Staff was nice enough to offer us an upgrade with a nicer view without request. Bathroom was new and clean. The complimentary Port wine and minibar was a nice touch. We enjoyed drinking by the french balcony with the doors open to catch a break from the Baixa

The hotel has an excellent location, close to many attractions. It's on a small lane, so getting luggage in can be a challenge, but with help from the hotel, it was a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable, and lot of goodies were provided. Amenities were good. Service was great, especially from Jose and Ronaldo. Daily breakfast was excellent. They accommodated a late checkout to whatever was feasible. Overall, it was a great stay.

Really lovely hotel, centrally located in Baixa, very close to the metro and tram stops. Perfect as a base to explore Lisbon. Decorated to a high standard. Good selection at breakfast. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!
