This place is really great for the price. Was very satisfied. One thing that was bothersome was that it didnt have any windows in my room, otherwise was smooth.

Hotel services are below average. For example, not laundry, you need to take your cloths and look for laundry outside the hotel, then go back to collect them.5. Breakfast buffet is average.

I don't know what the previous guests reviews were moaning about. Great hotel and more importantly great value for money considering I only paid £21 a night for two people. The hotel was very Clean, comfortable nice and quite. Above all the air conditioning was good Quality 2 and I would definitely comeback again!!. The only dissapointing element was you find the water really

Shuttle service is up to Jamaraat only which is a negative. We had to use Taxi's every time.

The hotel should have been rated one star as it was definitely not four star hotel. No lifts working, no housekeeping done,no toilet rolls, no hot water in bath. Total disaster. The only plus point was the staff were friendly. Housekeeping was done three days into our stay and even that was after complaining. Very poor service

The hotel would be livable if they had regular transportation to the Grand Mosque. One has to take taxis to and fro which is very inconvenient.

Good points: New hotel. Breakfast included. Comfortable mattresses. Thick walls. Free parking around the building. Bad points: Had booked a quad room, but got only a double. Housekeeping did not come until asked for. Toilet and lack of hot water problem. No coffee/tea in rooms.
