Hotel location was very convenient to the Shibuya Train Station, Shibuya Scramble, excellent restaurants and shops. Most of the staff were friendly. We did encounter a couple male staff receptionists at checkout who weren't very friendly and didn't appear to enjoy their job. The hotel had a small lounge area with a table that could seat up to 5 guests. The 2 leather sofa chairs should be replaced as its sunken. There was a self-service complimentary coffee which was nice. The lounge area could use a microwave so guests don't have to bother the front desk staff. An ice machine would also be nice. The hotel should also clean up a second table in the lounge area so guests can use the table instead of it being used to store boxes. Hotel rooms were on the smaller side. The interior lighting was dim and could be brighter. The rooms could also use some updating. Our room was missing the floor molding. The bathroom was half the size of the room. The shower was excellent.

The location is quite near the airport bus transfer. its a bit far from city center but still manageable, only 8 min from the shibuya crossing. quite good value for money

Good location in Shibuya, can walk to Shibuya scramble in 7-12 minutes depending on all the construction on the way there. Front desk staff friendly, professional and proficient in English. Free espresso and coffee in lobby.

Close to scramble crossroads and shopping. Staff were great. Tip: Rooms are small as with most hotels in Japan. If you’re a single traveler in a group, get your own room!
