We stayed in Room 108, in the morning the triangle window with no blind used to wake us up.
Needed a new shower head.
Other than that thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Would probably give it 9 1/2 out of 10.

The overall experience of klumpu Bali resort was excellent me and my wife came here about 7 years ago and it was excellent then however this time around with in the apartments/villas/huts they were looking abit dated might be ready for a upgrade other than this our stay was memorable and we would return

We had the most wonderful stay at Klumpu. It is only a small hotel (8 rooms) and the staff are unbelievably attentive and kind. The rooms are lovely and so cosy and the grounds (garden and pool area) are beautiful and kept to such a high standard. Each morning we had a wide choice of breafast delivered to our room and we often ate at the hotel as the food was so good and reasonably priced. The hotel offers drivers who will take you out for the day in an air conditioned vehicle for tours of your choice - our driver Yudi was so friendly and lovely to be with. The area around Klumpu is great - 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Sanur beach (8km of golden sand and calm waters). The hotel offers free bikes which you can cycle along the beach promenade.
We left feeling relaxed and well cared for - nothing was too much for the staff!

We enjoyed comfortable stay. Since the location of this hotel is a little apart from the "Jl. Danau Tamblingan street", it was calm.The villa, garden, pool are well maintained and kept clean. The staffs were friendly and kind, always corresponded our requests.
The all options of the breakfast made us happy not only the taste itself, but also the beatifil serving.
We were totally satisfied, wish come back again in the future.

This was a lovely place to stay for the last night of our holiday - the rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the resort pool and grounds were gorgeous. This was an easy walk into the main street of Sanur, yet felt remote and secluded. They couldn't have been more thoughtful, with early breakfast provided, and a free luxury car ride to the airport. The ONLY point for improvement were the pillows -strangely very lumpy, and the shower which took forever to get warm and then was suddenly scaldingly hot. But I would definitely consider staying here again.

Klumpu did not disappoint.
From our warm welcome to the beautifully manicured gardens and the gorgeous private villas. The staff were so obliging and were constantly looking after gardens, grounds, and guests.
Bed time, beds were turned down and delicious chocolates were left for our enjoyment, and slippers left beside the bed.
The pool was rather small and not very deep, but there were lots of day beds and the gardens around the pool were beautiful and tranquil.
The breakfast daily was delicious and the room service menu was fantastic.
Location was great, just a short stroll down the cobblestone alley and we were amongst the main street.
It would've been good to have coat hangers in the cupboards to store clothing and I wasn't a fan of the frosted bathroom door (especially with awkward teenagers).
There were too many water bottles delivered to our room during our stay, so much plastic. Luckily there was a big filtered water bottle that we could refill our bottles from. It would also be more ideal if a toaster and iron was provided.
That being said we were very impressed with Klumpu and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a more traditional and intimate style accommodation.

Most beautiful intimate and brilliantly serviced micro resort . . Great for couples and small families alike . Exceptional staff . Located in a lane about 200 metres from the middle of the main drag in sanur and ten to 15 mins walk to beach . A shuttle service is provided when ever requested and at short notice too . Fantastic klumpu villas which are very modern well maintained and come with unlimited boiling and cold water units . Nice bathrooms with great smelling products and towels . Beds huge and very comfortable . Pool is just a few steps away and gorgeous . Breakfasts varied plentiful and cooked to order with attention to every detail .. good massages available too . . A taste of paradise in this little hidden away oasis . Loved everything

We absolutely loved the Klumpa Bali Resort. First of all, the staff was exceptionally trained in hospitality and each member of the staff was genuinely kind and caring. Breakfast was remarkable with good selection, beautifully presented, served quickly. Fresh pastries, upscale coffees, eggs and more. Plentiful, too. The location was a gem in the middle of an unremarkable area. Would stay here again. Masseuse was fabulous, great technique and strong hands. Our room was lovely, spacious with a large well appointed bathroom with rain shower. Boutique products,, complementary snacks and bottled water, afternoon tea and to die for turn down chocolates.

This beautiful smaller size boutique property of eight villas is an oasis amidst the buzz of Sanur. It’s authentic style amidst a lush tropical garden and pool is perfect, and the complimentary services are a gift. The nicest people, the charm, the beauty…I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bali now that I’ve discovered Klumpu Bali Resort.

A beautiful peaceful slice of heaven, a retreat in the midst of Sanur. Boutique accommodation, complimentary breakfast, a la carte dining, massage and spa onsite, gorgeous tropical garden and pool. Wonderful friendly capable staff. Would be back there in a heartbeat. A wonderful sanctuary to return to after a busy day exploring.

I stayed only one night. And I want to come back to here. The place was well maintained. Staffs were super kind. The spa service was great. They gave me a free ride to Airport which was super convenient. The breakfast was a la carte and delicious. Especially the marketing manager Hugo replied my email very kindly and fast. And the manager Ayu was super helpful.

it was good.. service was good. some small parts..i thought could do a bit better. driver who picked us up at the airport didn't help us with any of the bags. he just quietly led us to the car. he just walked ahead of us while we followed him with our bags. cleaners for the missed a few things like emptying out the bins and replenishing items. other than that it was enjoyable.
Sadly we had to leave the property 4 days early due to a government call back re: coronavirus..

What a perfect way to unwind from jet lag and begin a trip in Bali. Klumpu is a family friendly boutique resort, and the staff is wonderful. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away, but the hotel is on a quiet street. Starting the day with breakfast on the patio was excellent—the food was so perfectly done. And the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable too. It was a great spot!

We really appreciate how helpful and accomodating the staffs are. We love how they serve the breakfast, be it by the pool or our villa. Their welcome refreshments are also on point, will really freshen you up after a long trip.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, and a short walk to the town and the beach.
The breakfasts were delicious, with wonderful fruit and juices. There was a wide variety of food to choose from for lunch and dinner. The pool was lovely and the complimentary massage was so relaxing.
The room was large with air con and interesting sculptures, flower petals everywhere and a comfortable bed.
I’d highly recommend Klumpu Bali Resort.
