Good location, clean, nice rooms, helpful staff and excellent food. If I had one thing to point out, just in case it is important for travellers, the pool is not heated so it was a little chilly.

In general the hotel was fine but often the service was very slow. I ordered a dawa to my room and had to wait 45 minutes. The shower also took more than 5 minutes each morning to warm up. I was also woken up one morning by staff walking in by mistake quite early. The staff were very friendly though

The hotel was convenient and the breakfast was great

This hotel is overpriced and overrated. Uses all possible means to extort money out of the customer. We were to check in at 8pm but our flight was delayed for 10 hours. I notified the hotel 24 hours by email to shift my booking by a day but they pre check me in instead. I paid 1 night but spent only 2 hours of the first day at the hotel. We were prepared to wait 4 hours at the restaurant so that I can check in but they did not agree.

The service and level of care from this hotel was unmatched. We were traveling with an infant and small child for 7.5 hours from Masai Mara. They made the check-in supper easy and got room service to us almost before we arrived! Ms Janet and the whole staff will make this our go to hotel.

Toilet was stained, mirror broken, took 20 mins (I kid you not) for water to heat up each time, ordered vegetarian pasta but received ground beef instead, air conditioner did not work on the first and last day, no towels on arrival. Staff was fine but too many things went wrong. Won't be back, sadly.

Just finished a stay here with family members, and it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, dinner options were equally great. The staff members are the pride and joy in this hotel. Special mention to Nelly, Lillian, Samwel, Milka and Shelmith in the restaurant. Sammy in housekeeping and Janet at front desk. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and helped out a great deal. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. I would probably recommend attention to water temperatures and sink water flow, before rooms are let for accommodating but other than that are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying and would stay here again. Big thank you for making our stay so welcoming!

Prideinn Azure Hotel has truly set the bar for hotel accommodation. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed warmly by the staff and given a level of personal service that honestly was shocking. I was given a pleasant guide of all the available amenities at the hotel and of all the features available in my room. My room was extremely clean and was stocked with everything advertised. The food at the restaurant within the hotel was excellent and they offered quite the variety which is nice for picky eaters. The staff however are the true stars, they were very informative and knowledgeable on every question I had whether it be about the hotel or the surrounding area. They were also extremely helpful and cheerful, from the reception desk, to waiters, to the security, the staff is on the top of their game. I highly reccomend a stay here if you are visiting Nairobi, you will be exceedingly pleased. I will definitely return if just for the experience of the stay and nothing more.

Great meals. Good staff care. But the room was not as clean as they used to be some years back.

The staff is extremely professional and friendly. This is a perfect short stay hotel. Loved the gym with outside quart year. I can recommend this hotel for a business trip or short stay. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool are or dine in.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was close to the shops and our room was quiet, at the end of the hallway. The hotel staff were friendly and polite in the restaurants.

Great value! Staff and location were great. Food was good. Room was quiet but not dark, wake with the sun. Hotel not new but building and facilities are acceptable. Did I mention how great the staff was? Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.
