It was pleasure of staying this Hotel from start to finish, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The housekeeping team (M D Salim and his colleague) deserves special recognition. My room was perfectly cleaned everyday, with attention to detail. Everything was always perfectly arranged, and they went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly appreciated their dedication to cleanliness and comfort. The bellman ( M. Salim and others can’t remember their names)was equally impressive. He was friendly, courteous, and always available to help with my luggage and any questions I had about the local area. His assistance with my bags, especially after a long journey, was greatly appreciated, and his genuine warmth welcome made me feel right at home. Overall, the experience was exceptional. The staff truly cares about the guest experience, and it shows in every interaction. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Madinah.

Excellent hotel with all amenities,friendly staff and helpful,pleasant housekeeping. Quick and easy access to haram for men quite a walk for women.

Excellent experience, clean, very close to Masjid Al Nabwi. Only reason it's not a 10 because house keeping were frugle with toilet paper, tea/coffee/water replenishment however reception were quick to resolve.

Very disappointed from the hotel service from this visit. Very noisy room construction work in the room above drilling starts 7am no chance of sleep. Previous trip experience was excellent but let down this time.

The location is closed to the Haram. We had a family suite and the bathrooms have rusted tiles. The breakfast was extremely bad. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it is like they are getting worse. There was not enough selection and the food was cold. A guy who said he was not associated with the hotel was asking people to give feedback during breakfast. He became defensive when people were telling him what they don’t like. The good things are the proximity to the Haram, and pleasant staff.

Good stay, but at breakfast a waiter invaded my wife's personal space and touched her phone while it was in her hands whilst wearing dirty gloves

Bathroom problems There is no blockage for a shower to water to stay inside in the tub So when are we take a shower all the water comes up

It was close to Medina and lots of shopping places
