This was very mess was not good. I never recommend for anybody. It was good if we can take a picture and post it so people can see I never see like this.

This hotel is a prime example of getting what you pay for. It's one of the cheapest places to stay in London, Ontario, and for good reason. While it might look visually clean from afar, the devil is in the details. The heavy blanket in my room appeared to have been untouched by a washing machine for years, emanating a distinct odor reminiscent of wet dog. However, considering it was just a one-night stay, I opted not to dwell on it too much. If you're looking for budget accommodation and aren't too picky about cleanliness, this place might suffice for a short stay.

Pros ; we got there pretty late and i made a reservation online with my CC before going so check in was a breeze. The man at the front desk who helped check us in was super friendly and easy going. My friend that stayed the night reported to me that the bed was very comfortable , and that the wifi worked so he was able to watch shows and stuff on his phone. He said he had stayed in much worse lol They also advertise check out as being from 11 to 1pm which is really awesome and my friend really appreciated having that extra time to hangout in the morning and have a slower start to the day Cons; he said there wasnt any toilet paper in the room [luckily he used his own] hes just too nice to complain about anything .. he also had said when he got to the room that the room wasnt the room advertised in the photos that we had booked from... i had told him to go ask if he could stay in the room we had thought we were booking based on their photos and he said "he didnt want to be a bother or be rude" again hes just way too nice to ever complain or seem ungrateful All in all ; it was my friend who stayed and he was happy with the experience overall. Smelly and dirty

I will never stay here again I would rather sleep in my truck then stay here. I was sitting on the bed and a cockroach started to crawl towards me and then they made their way in to the pizza we just brought

The website is nowhere close to reality. The place is very run down. There seems to be no effort to make very necessary repairs nor is there any evidence of the rooms being cleaned regularly. The night of our stay we were treated to a police visit to some sketchy neighbours and a 4:00 AM domestic dispute in the parking lot. I was literally afraid to go to sleep and should really have given up on the room and gone somewhere safe. This place should not be allowed to be on any room booking site.

Must be care of the cleaning and care about noises for the customers

Very dirty rooms, bedbugs are in every corner of the mattress, they have microwave, but it is not working so why put it in the room if you can't even use it? Is it for display only? lampshades are not working as well. Customer service is very poor. No wonder no one likes to stay in this place.

This place needs a total makeover

There was no control for heat and room very hot. Sink was very high and hard to use. Things hanging off walls. No towels. Tv leaned up against wall with no remote. Noise outside room in middle of night

Very dirty

The motel looked like it was rented monthly to junky’s. It was full but only 3 cars in the parking lot. Screaming people and fighting during the night and not only in one room. I thought about calling the police The renovated room had moisture mushroom and we could smell it!! Not a place for childre

I booked this hotel online, never saw it before. I drove up to the office, the host greeted me, showed me a room, it looked decent, but had a window facing Dundas street, and it was noisy. Smelled musty also. The parking lot was empty, there were a bunch of kids running around, playing, which doesn't bother me. The two people smoking a small glass pipe set off a few bells. There were piles of garbage piled up at the front of the parking lot also. And a bunch of stuff spread out all over the place. It wasn't a good look.

Handymen special. Electrical outlet beside bed don't work for lighting and CPAP machine. Microwave is not connected as outlet is hidden. Bathroom switch outlet cover is broken with big hole. Bathroom door knob is totally lose to point of falling off. Sink faucet control is reversed. TV remote would work after switching TV on. Ended up unplugging TV for sleep.

The people in reception are bad

The bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was a discarded plastic guard from someone's razor in the shower with stubble. Gross. One of the bedside lamps didn't work - and it wasn't just a lightbulb change (tried that). It was broken. The pillows were awful - huge and fat that didn't compress at all. Very uncomfortable. Would not recommend or stay again. You get what you pay for.

There were literal bedbugs crawling on the sheets. I felt so uncomfortable. I ended up removing the sheets and sleeping on my own blanket. The mattress was disgusting to say the least. There were random condom rappers in the drawer next to the bed. My stay was terrible to say the least.

Unclean, dirty, cold and broken utilities. Will never stay or recommend to friends and family.

a little pricey for a bare bones motel

The room was disgusting. Not clean at all. I was only supplied with a fitted sheet and a blanket. No other sheets. Everything was in a state of disrepair. Pillows were dirty looking. I had what appeared to be bug bites on my face in the morning.

The place is pretty run down. The room I had was mostly clean. The area around was a little sketchy. The person running the place was nice and pleasant. It was a room for a low price and I got what I paid for.

The people at the front desk were wonderful. Everything else was terrible. For the total price of $140 CAD, not worth the minimal savings. Very uncomfortable beds, no heat control, tv didnt work. 1 pillow per bed, I was there with my family of 4. We had to use sweaters for pillows. Bed pushed right against window. Didnt feel safe.

Stayed in 37 no toilet paper reeked of pot as they sit on deck and it comescright into room A huge huge massive hair bloob in bathroom Broken toilet seat no one came to fix as 2 people advised it would bem. Checked in at 2 and they finally brought roll at 8(already got my own by then! NEVER RECOMMEND

No one mans the front desk, so have to call and wait. No soap, shampoo, 1/2 roll toilet paper, no coffee pot or glasses. Fridge inside cabinet. Curtain rod fell on my head when trying to have a shower. Bathroom counter and towel rack was so high at 5'5' I couldn't hang up the towel. TV watching was by which channel wasn't blurry enough to NOT see, pretty much only listened to tv. will never go back

It was run down, Definitely the what is the price

The only thing the room had in common with the picture is the headboards look similar. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, very old and tired looking

It was close to the airport. Bad side the room smelled of smoke very noise but they did have people staying there for a wedding so understandable

Our room was dirty when we arrived. Used towels and cups all over the room. Used soap on the sink. Bed half made. Pile of towels on the chair had stains. The grounds were dirty. Cups and garbage outside some rooms. Did not feel safe. Realized when we booked it, it would be basic but did not expect it to be dirty. They did give us our money back. Had to drive home and miss our event the next day as the whole town was sold out. Very disappointing.

Needs a good cleaning.

Was clean and close to slot of things

I did not like the fact that room had a broken jacuzzi. We were given 1 half roll of toilet paper the remote for the tv didnt work as it should. The mattress and pillows was full of yellow stains and burn holes. We had one towelwas not given the shampoo/conditioner. The sink in the washroom wasnt cleaned and the toilet had yellow all around the seat
