Staffs are very nice and pleasant. The only thing I don’t like is when they do some maintenance work making noise while we’re in our room without a notice. But overall very good.

I stayed for 5 days. The room was never cleaned

We stayed just one night, in renovated room on the 3rd floor. We have stayed here previously and it should be noted that you should always pay to upgrade your room and always request a 3rd floor room as otherwise the rooms can be very dim (no windows) and noisy. Hotel has undergone renovation since our pre-COVID stay. No longer has a restaurant - which is no great loss. Minimal furnishings, toiletries, towels, etc. No mini refrigerator, hot water kettle (In Asia no hot water kettle??), etc. This is a very BASIC hotel. If you are familar with the U.S. then think "MOTEL 6". Good for 1 night, which is what we usually book. Biggest selling point is that you can walk through the back of the hotel and directly into Robinsons Mall, which has restaurants, a department store, optometry shops, etc. We use this hotel when we come in from the province and overnight in Bacolod with the sole intention of shopping at Robinsons or renewing visas at the Bureau of Immigration (80 PHP or less taxi ride away). Again, it's a VERY BASIC hotel, but clean and it's convenient being co-located (as all Go Hotel in the P.I. are) adjacent to a Robinsons Mall.

Aircon was cool and bed linnens and towel were clean. Room space was okay. Bed was comfortable. However TV was quite small, the lighting in the comfort room was a bit dark. There were no glasses (crystal) and no toothpaste toothbrush and cotton buds. The staff were courteous. Phillippine Star or Phil Daily Inquirer are a btter newspaper to read. There were no coffee and hot water.

Location is good. Almost near or one ride away. You can hear the noise from outside. The bathroom is clean but it has a foul smell. The hotel lacks basic commodities. No toothbrush and toothpaste. No bidet. No conditioner. Bathroom only has tissue, shampoo and a tiny soap. Wifi is very weak. Bed has a lot of issues. First the sheets were stained if you closely look at it. Especially the pillows, you can see a lot of DNA if you uncover it. (We didn't use any pillows at all). Lastly, the bed is itchy. There's bed bugs. The only reason we stayed there is to have a place to sleep overnight. (We are outside the hotel the whole day.) We left early coz the bed is not comfy to sleep on because it was itchy. We got rashes when we get home. We checked out early because of that. (Checked in at 4pm, checked out 8am the next day.)

Good place to stay

Great location. Good value for the price. Love to stay on a short quick overnight without free time. Otherwise, there are hotels with amenities like gym and pool.

Massage on the premises, restaurant and laundry. Quiet and modern rooms.

The room is rather small, but clean and modern. Everything seemed to work OK. The Robinson's Mall is only about a 3 minute walk. Far enough away from the road to be quiet.

The internet is not good in rooms even thow the box is right out side of your room, with door open its not to bad. Can not eat inside rooms. After mall closes at night no place to go unless you know the area or walk a mile at night to TomToms coffee house. Not good area.
