Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. If staying on a Friday or Saturday night ask for a room at the back as there can be some annoying bass sounds from fairly local nightclubs.

Was a bit disappointed. We had wasted an hour trying to tune the tv in. Phoned reception and she talked us through what to do. Still didnt work. Spoke to receptionist and explained the problem, we said the batteries were flat in the remote. One of the staff went to our room to sort out the tv. We had gone out. The tv had been left on so at least we could watch it on our return. In the morning, switched it on, same problem, batteries needed changing as remote didnt work properly. My partner managed to sort it out. Breakfast was good. Well organised.

Clean, efficient, well run hotel. Couldn’t find any fault!

Excellent location to both beach and town centre! Clean and quiet stay for a couple nights, good breakfast for children too.

We had a lovely stay . Reception were amazing ! As well as bar/drinks staff . Friendly and with a can do attitude . I’ve now forgotten most of the names but they were all lovely . We had a nice chat about Madeira with the supervisor. I think Carmel? The bar member of staff who originated from the north east of England was super helpful getting some ice cream for my mum . We also got a chance to speak Greek with Paul . Breakfast staff were very efficient , clearing up , replenishing etc. Comfortable , modern rooms. some of the woodwork needs revarnishing as looking a bit worn but sanitaryware all in good condition . Nice beds / bedding . Quite a bit of storage but I always take extra hangers with me as there are never enough in hotels for more than 1/2 nights . Very close to everything but parking set up was a but difficult as we had a wheelchair. Hotel was on a hill so difficult when returning from an evening out. We needed an extra push !

Very friendly and helpful staff

The staff at this hotel are brilliant, nothing is to much trouble from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant to the maintenance personnel. The room was specious, clean and was clearly well maintained as demonstrated particularly by the bathroom which was properly sealed and immaculately clean.

It was my second time in six months I like it very much staff really nice. The buffet breakfast has a good choice. Will be back there soon.

Perfect for the weekend visit

Had a lovely stay . Room was pleasant and very clean .All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was very good and the chef even bought me some sausages to the table when they were ready. Brilliant service. Would strongly recommended this hotel.

I've got one word for the service and the reception staff : Excellent. Booking a room was easy, and the entire process from settling in to checking out, was well coordinated. A great place to stay, easy to get to and if you love the beach, it's a little walk away. I'd definitely stay here again and will recommend that my friends do too.

Overall, very nice day excellent room breakfast and staff couldn’t be faulted. Short walk to the seafront and Pavilion for an adorable park. All it needed to have made it a five star rating would be a grab handle in the shower where you entry an exit as it’s very slippery and I think the grab handle was in the wrong place and very small thing no toilet brush.

Immaculate room with a lovely view on the 3rd floor. We loved that the sofa bed was already set up nicely and that it can be put away easily when our toddler needed a bigger space to play. Good selection of breakfast options. Helpful staff. Hotel was in a great location - close to the beach and town centre/shops. Parking is very convenient too.

At this hotel you don't have to pay premium prices for a most enjoyable stay.

Very clean, nice breakfast

It was a bad start when we found our wash basin drainage choked up, the safe locked, the shower floor trap cover missing and the shampoo dispenser not working. However, when we let the reception know the next morning, Steve from maintenance quickly fixed everything. Staff were generally kind and polite. Breakfast was good especially the freshly baked croissants. Parking was expensive, more so than our Canary Wharf accommodation in London.

Overall this is a very good and comfortable hotel, though it is located on a very steep hill. A good, though not exceptional buffet breakfast is offered. However, I have several "niggles". There is very little wardrobe space and virtually no drawer space in the rooms. The bathroom has almost nowhere to hang anything, including towels, and the shower needs a door to stop flooding the whole room. Unless you are nearly six feet tall you won't be able to reach into the wash basin to shave or clean your teeth. Remember to take your own toilet rolls, as the ones they provide are as thin as tissue paper!!

Very clean, friendly staff, good sized beds for a twin room and a really good breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Great staff, clean, secure parking, great location for the beach and shops. The only advice I would give to future customers is if you are offered a room with a connecting door, refuse. Our room had one which made it sound like our neighbours were in the same room as us when they spoke. Top marks for the hotel though. Superb.

Comfortable stay for one night. We were attending show at The Pavilion. Minor grumbles - no fried eggs at breakfast and air conditioning (a pet hate) was a bit noisy and kept me awake at night. However would stay there again.

We stayed for the Bournemouth airshow, the hotel was very clean and modern and the staff we're very friendly and helpful. The environment was very relaxed and calm which is exactly what we wanted. The bar in the evening was fairly priced and was a pleasant place to wind down. In the mornings you get a complimentary breakfast which was delicious. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

Great hotel for Bournemouth centre and beach

The strong point is the staff from the reception ,specially the ladies and housekeepers staff ,lthey are very kind,polite and helpful!Good location!good breakfast !beautiful view! The stay in general it was good!

We enjoyed are stay, was shame i couldnt have room's next to my other family members as did book early but do understand the Air Show was on so everyone prob booked early. The Staff were lovely, brekfast was lovely. Only thing i would say is room i was in was so much smaller than rest of my family even though i had same amount of people in mine. And bathroom was run down tiles were cracked, shower was older version. I know Tap water they said was safe bit it would of been nice to hace couple of bottles of water free.

This hotel had felt as if your been living in a cardboard box

First room lacked air con and had noisy neighbours but this was quickly fixed. Very clean and modern feel to the room. Staff were uniformly lovely.

Stayed here for 4 days I can truly say the hotel is amazing for what you pay. There is ample parking next to hotel and city centre and pier is short walk away- which is ideal if you have kids. Breakfast is amazing with lots of variety. Can’t wait to rebook when we revisit again

Upon booking through hotels.com my payment was taken. A day later H by Hampton sent me a checking in email for a digital key, but as soon as I ‘checked in’ Hilton themselves charged me again. The girls behind the desk had no idea what to do, so then I had to spend a long time going through the issue with hotels.com…..it’s still not resolved and I’m awaiting a refund. To rub salt in the wounds the physical room key was coded wrong twice 🙈 so had to return back down to reception twice to get it sorted:…very frustrating when you want to relax after a day of travel and work. The positives now…..room was nice, clean and the air con worked well! Breakfast has always been good here and it didn’t disappoint. You will be charged upto £15 for parking so hear that in mind! It would have been nice to have someone there who could have dealt with the double payment straight away though.

The property is very clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast selection. Plus, there is very safe parking if you have a car. It is a short walk to the beach area. Keep in mind that if you are travelling with old people or anybody who has difficulty walking, the hotel is on a hill.

Recommend this hotel for cleanliness and location.
