We had a great experience at Eagle Bluffs. We were welcomed warmly and felt the staff cared that we had a good experience in Prince Rupert - highly recommend this B&B.

The hostess was amazing, the food was top notch and the rooms were quiet and clean. We would recommend it to anyone and will be staying there again ourselves.

Our stay was lovely. The room was nice and we could not have asked for a better location. Recommended

I do not like being deceived. No overnight parking! I did not realize this until i was nearly towed. Ad says "parking included". The unit had No Kitchen, No microwave, No restaurant, No patio, No coffee/tea maker, the sea view is of a dirty marina, the room amenities they refer to are all communal. The table I was working on in the morning...(we arrived late so i had no choice to stay 1 night) was sticky. My wife was thouroughly not impressed with the dated, dingy and cramped bathroom so we didnt shower there. The room fee had an added $80.00 fee for extra person. I have NEVER been in a room not based on double occupancy. I tore up the 2 day reservation and left the town. My planned mini honeymoon was a shambles. Still NOT happy.

The view was amazing from the building that is built right on the wharf. The welcome and phone conversations were amazing and friendly with Blue and Mary. I felt very welcome. The location is cozy and has some great history.

This is a must stay location. The staff is phenomenal they make you feel like you’re at home. The location is beautiful breathtaking view. The breakfast were amazing

We stayed for one night. The positives: Great location! We could control our own heat, amazing views and the host was absolutely lovely. The negatives: Bed was super uncomfortable and we were up most of the night. We could hear people’s conversations outside our door in the common kitchen. Finally, the breakfast was a major disappointment. The website mentioned signature eggs benny, homemade hash browns, eggs, bacon, homemade bread , muffins, etc. We were so looking forward to that, but were only served a frittata, fruit salad and a croissant. Perhaps we were just mistaken, but it would have been nice to be given an option (everyone loves bacon!!!). There was no juice or water served- we felt bad asking as I know there were others the table had to be ready for, so maybe that was the reason. Overall, I personally would not stay again, but it certainly was quaint and we did have a great weekend away.

Mary and staff are excellent hosts. This was our first time staying in a BnB and they made it a very pleasant experience. We would recommend staying here.

Great location on the waterfront in the main tourist area. Old building in good condition. Breakfast was great and the guest kitchen was a nice convenience. Perfectly clean. Parking was slightly inconvenient but only a short walk to the lot. Definitely a b&b rather than a hotel. Owners were very pleasant.

The BnB is on a wharf in a quaint part of Prince Rupert. Breakfast is always well done, and the folks are very helpful.

Property was clean and comfortable and the owners very pleasant. If you want to stay in the harbour, the view is fantastic. Easy walking around the downtown. Only disappointment was in the room description it states "free WIFI" but we were in Room 1 and were unable to connect. Seems the only connection was in the dinning area. If you don't need WIFI or want to watch TV, its a great place to stay.

Our experience was amazing. Our host was quick to respond to questions via text, and she was kind and curtious and gave information well in advance. She also followed up closer to time of arrival. The rooms were clean, albeit a little on the older side, but that added to the charm. The food was very good and allowances were made for food allergies. An excellent location right on the waterfront and close to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
