Very accommodating as our ferry was late. Nice clean, comfy room. Good coffee.

We used the parking lot which is very tight. The room was fine but the fridge is in poor condition. I threw out some sausage meat, scared to eat it. The door of the freezer compartment wasn’t there and it seemed like the whole fridge was very warm in the cabinet. We had the complementary breakfast deliver to door for the first two mornings and that was great. The third morning we went down for breakfast and the person handling it wasn’t very friendly, in fact we felt we shouldn’t ask for much. The rooms were nice and comfy.

Older hotel with updated rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed was ok. We had to park across the street because the lot was full. Staff was prepared for our late arrival. All in all ...a good place to stay after a ferry ride.

Even though it was an older building we found it nicely updated, and the room were well thought out.

Biggest thing about this place that i habem't experienced anywhere else is the take-out breakfast. If you have to check out before the lounge is open for breakfast (to catch the ferry, or example) you can order breakfast to have ready for you to take with you free of charge. Saves me from having to find somewhere to eat while traveling and saves me money

I I am traveling with my husband and 2 friends , I reserved 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights from 7/8-7/9/2024; we are here on vacation from 7/1-7/18 enjoying the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mounts and we fall in love with Banff, lake Louise and Jasper National Park’s amazing views and snow mountains, so far we have stayed here for 11 nights, we felt welcomed and being respected for the hotels we stayed except for Inns on the harbor ! 1) The shower’s hot water is barley warm 2) the person, a lady who serves the breakfast showed a mean terrible, unhappy face to everyone in the morning ! It is 7/10/2024 today, we need to catch the 8AM train back to Prince George, My friend asked for a bagel, she gave her the type which was not what she asked for, and said “ everyone gets this one !” She Sounds really rude; my husband asked for two bagels , she ONLy gave him one and said she only heard asking for one ! But another person who was in front of my husband got two bagels when that person asked for 2 bagels ! I can’t believe why this hotel has this kind of employee who treats guests so rude and mean, which makes us feel very depressed, non respectful and ruined our moods starts from the early morning ! I will not stay here again if I come back to Prince Rupert, which I am planing to come here again in next 2 year because I want to go see Grizzly bears ! I will definitely not want to stay in Innrs on the Harbor !

the young gal that checked me in on Thursday afternoon was very professional and friendly.

The breakfast setup was uncomfortable...didnt stay for it...it wasnt continental breakfast either...for 230$ a room its a rip off
