I liked the location.

I didn't like being asked to smoke off-property.

Facility is showing its age badly.

Conti bfast, known hotel, good staff

No ac, dirty hallways and stairwells

It was a VERY brief stay, we arrived at midnight (after driving from Vancouver) and were out by 8 am to catch the ferry to Haida Gwaii. In the brief time, staff were great, and the facilities were great. I was VERY grateful that our request for a cot was accommodated, I wasn't holding my breath as I made the reservation quite late. And the size and comfort of it was much better than expected as well, we were very grateful for comfort after having travelled all day!

The only thing that I had a slight issue with was not enough parking spaces in the underground parking. We ended up parking on the street, which was fine, but it would have been nice to have secured parking. But important to note: we didn't arrive until midnight, so I understand why all the spaces available were taken.

Breakfast was good

The breakfast was nicely laid out, and there were plenty of options.

Staff was great, they helped us out when dealing with the ferry to get home. Super comfortable bed.
