Horrible experience! Rooms are dirty and staff is terrible!

The room was decent and clean. The only thing is when the air came on it makes a loud noise waking me up that needs to be fixed. Other than that it was not bad for the price.

I booked the hotel through Expedia and prepaid with Expedia. Yet the hotel charged me again for my stay and when asked about it, the front desk was rude, instead went on to say that we might not have paid for our stay. They could’ve informed me or checked with Expedia about the payment when I checked in, but charging without informing and accusing us without checking with Expedia was very disrespectful. Had to get Expedia involved to sort things out as the hotel wasn’t helping out in anyway.

When we checked in, Ceasear and Rich helped us.... Awesome customer service by both gentlemen, they deserve a raise. We had a few drinks in the bar and we enjoyed talking to Chris. Then Andrew the manager gave us all kinds of tips where to park and what to eat at a Chicago Cubs game, thanks!

This hotel is in a great area, with convenient parking. Great staff, just nothing to write home about. Hot tub was not working during my stay.

The rooms airconditioner didnt work. They offered to switch our room. The whirlpool didnt work. The pool/pool house was comfortable and heated. The bartender was great. Maintenance was helpful as were the rest of the staff. Lots of attractions close by.

Hotel, in general, was very clean. It's in a great location near the interstate and several restaurants and shopping. The only negative thing I have to say is about the pricing of the food. I paid $14 for a minimal breakfast. I could've gone to Denny's.

On arrival they were sold out and told me our reservation had been canceled the night before. After an hour or more they "found" a room. Upon entering there was a huge red stain on the carpet. No towels in the bathroom except one hand towel with a dead ant on it. They had to have me return to the desk 3 times to keep scanning my credit card for "incidentals" even though it said approved every time.

Nice stay. Only downside was the pool was ICE cold and there were no towels in the pool area. We picked this hotel since we had our kids on the trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to pay for breakfast which was okay, not great. Room was good, linens and towels clean, but hotel needs an upgrade/remodel.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing 👏 The room was wonderful 😍 our stay was a fantastic stay would recommend this to anyone i know and if i was to come back this way would stay here again . Thank you for such a pleasurable experience.

First off, when we walked in we were greeted by the manager that treated us like we were family arriving home. The whole staff were amazing and personable.
I have stayed at many many hotels this one far exceeds all expections.

The pool was our of towels. We informed the front desk and they said that would bring us some to the pool. After waiting about 45 min we had to track some down. House keeping did not come to our room. And the thermostat was broken making sleeping uncomfortable. To be fair we did not report the last one, but we didn't want to have to relocate everything to another room.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel wasn’t pleasant. The room was dirty, bathroom door was broken, refrigerator broken, not enough towels, the hot tub was not operable with functioning jets, the absence of chlorine in both hot tub and swimming pool, the business center printer needed ink and the front desk clerk couldn’t assist with printing document from the front desk and carpet nasty.
