Booked this as it stated excellent. I arrived and there was a young child on the desk who said someone be along shortly. 10 minutes passed and i had to go find someone. I was given key and told where room was and that was it. Middle of the night a phone i didnt know was there starts ringing extremely loud! Woke me up and stopped. Taken me ages to get to sleep and it rings again this time constantly. I answered and nothing! Over an hour passed before i was able to sleep again.
On waking i went to take a shower and could not get it to work. Apparently i was given a room with no working shower just a bath. I should have been told about this when i checked in but wasnt!
Was not impressed by this at all and will not be using this hotel again.

Lovely traditional grand hotel with very friendly staff.

It was average , condition of room was a bit run down. No drop off point for suitcase , breakfast a bit poor just warm , and under cooked on the last day. Although staff were polite would not book again.

The property is a Victorian sea front hotel, and more likely suited to elderly guests. Although clean and tidy, the room was somewhat dated in décor, appearance and facilities with small screen TV and shower facilities in the bath which might not suit all guests. Hotel is close to shops, bars and restaurants in Llandudno. On road parking is free overnight but otherwise chargeable. As it was a last minute overnight stay it suited my requirements fine.

Love the old Victorian charm and historical feeling from the Llandudno hotels. This is one of the nicer ones, and right on the corner at the top end of the promenade you get a lovely view with your breakfast / evening meal.
Unlike the others that you are just looking out onto the road.
Staff really friendly.
Food could be a little better but overall an enjoyable stay.

Great difficulty finding parking nearby 10:00 to 16:00
Rooms totally outdated with ramshackle furniture. Meals and entertainment really for 70 age group. Suspect mainly for senior coach tour clientele.

We had such a lovely time, the staff were so friendly and great for walking to the pier and beach if you can’t walk too far, breakfast was amazing and the entertainment was fantastic, this will definitely be our go to hotel from now on .

Friendly staff, great location. Lovely and quiet, beds comfortable, clean and a fantastic price. Plus we had a lovely 3 course meal for £15.00pp, including tea/coffee. Great bar and lounge, with live entertainment.

Everything about hotel was very good, our minor problem was just the room. Wardrobe doors when opening were very noisy, and bed was squeaky everytime you moved.

Exciting time travel experience to the old days, charming old hotel and very interesting beach resort with a arcade pier and plenty of restaurants.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional.everyone arrived for breakfast at 8.30, and the service was really organised.everyone was served a hot breakfast with a smile.

Public areas are modern and welcoming but in general the hostel is aged and tired. Despite this I had no complaints. My room was clean, the bed clean and fresh as was the bathroom. The breakfast was over cooked but well presented. This as value for money.

The staff are excellent and are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Our room at the back of the hotel is definitely in need of an upgrade. The room was very clean though and the breakfast was great. Good value for money.

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Property was right next to the seafront, convenient. A good price for the room.
The hotel is a little dated, the shower was just a dribble, and the breakfast wasn't the best quality, but was included in the price.
For a budget stay for a night, and if you don't expect much then go for it.
