All employees in hotel was awesome for any help I need ir very satisfied will booking again.

Shared a room for four - two queen beds - very small to fit us . Very limited place to put clothes . Worn out furniture . Bed not very comfortable . Included breakfast in rate but self service into paper plates and plastic knives and forks . Pool sunbeds good but work going on round the pool to replace tiles . Car park good 25 dollar per night . Private beach looked good but when we got in the sea there was a film of oil on top of the water . Pool was great temperature and the staff helpful and friendly . Overall apart from the staff I could not recomend this hotel and would not book again .

Everything was good. Nice clean room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The reason I give only 4 stars for the services is the front desk agent at Check-in. He was being sarcastic instead of helping the guests. Asked him where the washroom was, he showed me the way and said "The sign is everywhere, it's clearly signed". Asked him where is breakfast take place, what time does it started and ended, I got the same response "The sign is everywhere, it's clearly signed". And he kept saying " Anything else you need?" ( with an attitude). We would love to know more about the property and the services that Hampton Inn has to offer but we found him rude, unfriendly, and pushy so we just went to the room. Other than that, all the other personnel we encountered were very nice. Overall it was a good stay except that little incident. We would come back, just don't want to deal with that particular front desk agent.

this hotel location is an excellent place to stay if you're visiting Clearwater Beach, Florida. everything is within walking distance or s short drive. Tampa is less than an hour away. the convenience of staying at this Hampton Inn was great.

Hello Hilton team, I would like to address this with you directly, first, and give you the opportunity to make this right by my family and myself. We recently stayed at your Hampton Inn Suites Clearwater location. We reserved a King room with pullout sofa. 1. When we arrived to check in we were greeted with the power being out. Upon locating a staff member our family was told to come back at 11:00 - 11:30 PM to check in as all systems were down. And emergency lights where flashing. 2. We returned to the facility to attempt check in again. We were escorted to our room as we weren’t able to use any key cards. After unpacking and getting ready to settle in for the night we realized we were placed in a king room with a chaise, and not a pull out sofa as we had booked. 3. After bringing this discrepancy to the staffs attention They placed us in a room with 2 queen beds being told it would be even more spacious. It wasn’t, square footage was less than the initial room. 4. Stained and dirty unchanged sheets! This is disgusting, unhygienic, and just unacceptable! Rusted light fixtures, scratched and stained walls, stained and dirty chair at the writing desk. *Please see attached images of the conditions of the room that we were placed in. This is not what we expected when booking a celebratory weekend stay and definitely not what I expect from Hilton at any price point. We loved the location, the beach it’s perfect for families with kids, they have a good dinner option at the terrace Evy’s food was good. It’s a minute walk to rent jet skis, banana boat ride, paddle boards and kayaks. Across the street the gelato is delicious and the mini golf fun. The rooms are nice and spacious, the bathrooms are spacious with separate doors for shower/toilet and sink. The staff are amazing! Loved all the front desk staff. Would definitely recommend and come back. I was also told they will be undergoing renovations soon so it’s going to be even better!

The staff is great. The hotel grounds / lobby / facilities are good and the location is great. The room, that was another story. Disappointing. Have tons of issues with the room and have pictures to show.

My family and I felt safe and everything we needed was in walking distance. Staff was polite and friendly. Room service is available every other day on your stay and Breakfast at this hotel was a plus. Only con is we spent half of one of our vacation day without power. The staff said someone crash in to the main power grid. However power was back on by the next morning. Great place to stay with family 😁

Second day no cleaning the room or take the garbage or changing the towels. Based on the price, it is not worht the stay. I would'nt recommend this hotel for that price

The staff was top notch everyone very friendly and helpful. The room was great I loved that when you closed the slider it blocked out all the outside noise. You lost a star because of the quality of food choices available. You would think at a beach side hotel there would be more fresh seafood options and the quality of said options much higher. I ve had better at a red lobster in ohio.

Stay was fanastic! Lobby attendant was very welcoming and helpful for all my needs. Room had an awesome view and very comfortable.

The property is in desperate need of a makeover. Our pullout sofa had mold in the bottom of the mattress which is extremely dangerous given my husband and my daughter both have allergies. We had to move our room twice before settling on a Queen room which was not what I booked. The front desk, however, was extremely nice and accommodating. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The hair dryer did not work. The carpet in the hallway had an odor. In need of a make over.

Excellent stay for family. Awesome beach, has no waves and safe for small children. Beach is clean and has huge box with kids toys which was best option for my 4 yo. Has a bar at the beach. Very convenient location with breakfast, ice cream, and grocery right next to it. Very clean, complimentary breakfast was great! Staff was very supportive and assisted with issues.

Hampton Inn and Suites is walking distance to Pier 60, we brought a wagon and put our beach chairs/stuff in it which made it easier to transport them to the beach. Breakfast is good, they have variations of egg/sausage/potato daily, my favorite was the omelet. I love the patio area, that is where we ate our breakfast every morning, have a good view. The beach in the hotel is pretty good as well, we went down around 5:30 and the guy said we could sit anywhere and no charge to use the chairs for it’s FREE after 5 pm. Good view of the sunset. We we’re lucky to have the room (balcony city view) that have a good view of the sunrise. Walking distance to some good restaurants and love the gelato ice cream across the street! Highly recommend this hotel. Staff are nice as well! The parking could be better. I feel like it’s too tight and a little difficult to make turns specially if you have an oncoming vehicle. Overall the experience is good and would love to go back again. One of the staff told me they will be doing some renovations in September…
