The property was centrally located near Museumplein, with a decently sized basement level and access to a semi-private patio. However, there was a strange moldy smell coming from the bathroom.
The kitchen was functional but cramped and impractical. There was an odd assortment of cooking pots but no pan, and the oven didn’t work.
Additionally, a strange alarm near the door went off, and several guests tried to figure out how to stop it. I called the offsite reception, but they said no one could check on it until the morning, meaning we had to endure the noise all night.
Upon arrival, we also discovered that the buildings next door were being renovated. Although the notice said work would start at 8 a.m., most days it began at 7:30 a.m.
Overall, it was not the best experience.

Nice property in a great neighborhood. Unfortunately, we were stuck in the basement, and the bathroom had little ventilation so it smelled. But otherwise, the property itself was nice.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Quiet. Clean. Newly renovated. a few minutes walk to museums. Near tram stations. Kitchenette which is very convenient to have.

This apartment is super comfortable and makes you feel like a native of the city. The kitchen accommodations are great, beds confortable, and upper floors have French doors overlooking interior courtyard. Wish we could have been there in the spring or fall.

Rather disappointing stay in this place. I was looking forward to a comfortable stay and excited based on the photos, but the place is run down and improperly clean (especially the fridge, with crumbs of food, and even human hair inside!), the bathroom and the area around the garbage bin.
Communication was good around payment of the local tourist tax, but when I contacted them about an item I forgot in the property, there was no reply.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. I was spending a few days in Amsterdam with my eldest daughter (23). So it was wonderful to have somewhere private, peaceful and comfortable to come back to after exploring the city.
It was spotlessly clean, lots of tea and coffee and a well equipped kitchen - we did have one supper in the apartment when we were too tired to go out to eat.
Fab bathroom and shower.
And so convenient - just minutes to the museums and tram stops.

Great base for stays in the museum district of Amsterdam. Apartment had everything for a stay including dishwasher (and laundry in basement)

Incidentally outside temperatures dropped to 10C at night during my stay here.
Either the heating doesn’t work or is turned off during the night as is the case with many cheap Bed and Breakfasts(Incidentally this is the single biggest reason of not staying in cheap Bed and Breakfasts.
However this price is a few multiples of that of a cheap bed and breakfast.
Should have paid the same amount and stayed in a proper 3-4 star hotel with well maintained facilities that actually work.

Great location in the museum quarter close to tram stops etc. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Living room a bit dated but fine as we weren’t in it very much. Beds were very comfortable and made daily. Bathroom was good clean and with a great shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is nice and quiet to down a residential street. Fortunately there was a lift to the apartment on the second floor because I have never seen such steep stairs in a house before. Other than this thought it was a great apartment

The reception staff are fantastic. Always accessible and very friendly.
The studio apartment is well appointed, access to a washing machine is very convenient, and the property is clean. The main drawback for the studio is that it's a basement unit, so it's a bit dark and smells slightly musty.

This was my first trip to Amsterdam. I traveled as a solo female. The city was exceptionally beautiful, the people were friendly, and I enjoyed my entire trip. The apartment was an excellent choice as it was cheaper than the hotels. The dollar is less than the euro, so eating out is expensive. There is an elevator but not to the basement, so I requested a room upstairs which they accommodated. There are 2 rooms per floor, and a washer in the basement. The 1 bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped. There is limited housekeeping every day to provide fresh towels, remove the trash and make the bed, but not much else.
I would definitely stay here again.
