Fantastic experience! Our 2-night family stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. Unbeatable value compared to nearby Falls hotels. We'll definitely return!

The manager gave us 2 connected rooms without even asking and that was a big plus and helpful.
However, you need to have breakfast in the breakfast area only and to go is not allowed. With the breakfast area not that big, sometimes you might need to wait a little to find a seat. Otherwise, standard food at breakfast.

The rooms were okay it did had a weird smell inside the room and I hadn’t had any complaint about it but the shower curtains were dirty and I found a bug crawling on the floor. Overall it was average. I wouldn’t recommend it for family but if your traveling alone, then it’s okay just to to stay in

Unfortunately some customer that stay at hotel doesn't know how to walk in the room and as they walk they make loud noise

Staff was rude and facility was extremely nastay and dirty there was blood stains on bed and blankets. They don’t clean the room once guests leave.
I have never this kind of experience the way I got in this hotel.

The property was so disgusting I wouldn’t stay. The room was stinking. The carpet was wet and squishy. There was blood and other human fluids on the bed. The front desk guy told me he’d sleep in the bed. No way. And then refused to refund even the $200 he charged me in case of “incidentals” when I didn’t even bring my things in the room!! Worst experience ever and I had to scramble to find new accommodations. Honestly, Expedia was no help either.
