It is a quite nice hotel in a nice area of Gangnam that can be used to attend conferences at COEX.

It was a small weird shape corner room that only has one small window which has emergency exit cover. Bathroom and toilets are extremely small. It would be better if it shows what it is when we are booking it.

The location was excellent for transportations, especially, the Airport Bus station was right in front of Entra Hotel! I was able to use Coin-Laundry (located nearby) everyday, which was another great convenient options. Although, the only one concern that I had an issue with Cleaning Service ( probably from the other company). It was really depends on who cleans the room on that day. I want to see the consistency of excellent services (esp. cleaning) for overall in my next visit. Thank you so Much, I really enjoy the stay.

Hotel Entra was located next to high end shopping and bus stops. However, there weren’t any close subway stations. The room was clean however the toilet was oddly not connected to the restroom. The regular shower head was positioned in a way that was inconvenient and the rain shower water pressure was just okay. The hair dryer had lint to the point unusable.

Amazing hotel! At a great location! Plenty of resturants around the hotel with good food. I’m so glad the Gs25 and Paris baguette was just a short walk from hotel. Definitely a life saver for coffee, pastries and snacks. The room was pretty good. Except the windows are not tinted from outside looking in. I wish it was for privacy and to make use of the tub that’s right in front of the window.

Room service was non existent. And none of the hotel’s restaurants were open. Even tho they claimed they were Air conditioning. Stayed at a hot temperature. Couldn’t change it. They wouldn’t help at the front desk.

For the price, the hotel was clean and safe. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station, but it was easy and safe. Lots of good 24-hour places to eat nearby. The front desk staff was perfectly fine and helpful when asked, but could have been warmer. The young woman in the restaurant was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was fine but uninspired and the same few selections every day. *Be aware that the giant windows are lovely but are NOT one-way glass, so you may want to close the curtains once the sun goes down.

Clean property, rooms were nice and bed was super comfortable. My only problem was the street noise. Other than that, this hotel is awesome!

The hotel nice, but not as nice as I thought it was going to be especially for a place in Gangnam. The furniture in the room had quite significant signs of wear and tear and overall I was a bit disappointed by the room itself. I had a view of the Han river which was beautiful, but the area itself isn't the most interesting place to stay in Seoul.

It is a hotel with a service that is less than a guest house. A fire alarm went off on the floor where I stayed, but I couldn't get any guidance from the hotel and there was no staff when I went down the emergency stairs to the front desk to check for safety. They didn't seem to have any fire response manuals and I wasn't sure about my safety. When I asked for ice, I was told to come to the front desk and take it. When I asked for room cleaning, I got an answer that I requested too late. I didn't get a notice from the hotel that I could only get the cleaning if I requested it early. The staff finally offered to clean the room as if they were kind to me. If you want a safe or comfortable stay, I would advise you to consider other hotels because there are many great hotels nearby.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay here. We mainly chose here for the bath tub with the city view and it was so worth it. Make sure to bring some bath bombs with you! The check-in staff was wonderful as he checked us in 1.5 hours early despite their strict check-in policy (my friend that stayed a day after couldn't check in early). I guess we got lucky. The hotel is a little bit of a walk from a subway station but there are closer bus stations. Parking is a little annoying as they have a robotic elevator parking system. You have to wait a while each time you want to get your car. Also, when we were staying the elevator was not working properly. Other than that, the rooms are really nice here and the view is great. The higher floors can also see Han river. I think I had premier king room and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was also spacious. Loved the rainfall shower and a separate toilet room within the bathroom. They also provide robes and slippers so it felt like a luxury experience. Overall, the value for what we paid was excellent and would highly recommend everyone to stay here. I wouldn't mind staying here again for sure.

Excellent business hotel in convenient location, with friendly staff, and close to taxis and bars. Good access to CBD.

Amazing hotel as always. Staff member Robin Hwang was great as always. Always there to help, check in was a great experience. Lovely staff. The best hotel in the Gangnam area.

Room was absolutely fantastic, amount of space on the corner room is a perk compared to the triangle room with soak tub at window, these should be advertised separately. Beds are very firm, almost too firm. Pillows are like balloons, could use some work. Also a TV channel list would be a plus!
