Very good service, good food.

It has all the things you need in one place. Restaurants, coffee shops, bakery shops, entertainment, etc. Even though it feels far from central Seoul its easy to get around from the hotel. Asides from noise from other rooms from the toilet (when flushing) everything was good and staff is very helpful!

Friendly and speedy check-in and professional bellman. Great variety of delicious bakery and dessert on the lobby floor, including Swiss chocolate Laderach. The front desk was very kind to allow late check-out! What would have been a perfectly wonderful family trip was ruined on the last day due to the very uncomfortable and unpleasant encounter with the staff members working by the pool/fitness desk, specifically 임승호 슈퍼바이저 and the lady manager. I was assisting my wife get to the women's shower room because she suffers from walking disability and walks with a cane. Slippery pool floor required me to walk her to the entrance and then pass her hand along to her sister who could assist her inside. At the moment, I heard this staff rush out to pool area and scream across the pool to tell me that men are not allowed. It was so humiliating to be treated like a weird criminal in front of everyone in a public space. If anything, he could have offered to somehow help my disabled wife. But instead he chose to embarrass me as if I could not see the huge women sign on the wall, and completely ignored our female family member who was waiting. When I approached him about this, he was unapologetic and insisted that he was only maintaining the policy. The female manager apologized on his behalf but this definitely didn't leave a good impression of the staff 1 hour prior to our check out!Otherwise, the experience overall was positive!

It is not the state of the art hotel but with a long history. Hotel staff was kind. The buffet was satisfying. Could not try the swimming pool but will try next time.

Restaurants are overpriced for what you get. The shops in the basement are hard to find and not well marked.

River view was fully booked, so I had to stay at a mountain-view room. Trees turned into red and yellow, so I can feel the breeze of the Fall. I think the season made the mountain view better than the river view.Since the hotel was fully booked, I had to wait to check-in and dine in to have breakfast. Please ask for a renovated room as theres a huge difference between two rooms. Stayed with my toddler boy and the room was so filthy inconvenient and unsafe. Staffs were friendly. There’s a casino in the hotel so not sure if its appropriate place to stay with kids. Also room service is until 10pm.

Clean and well maintained hotel I chose clubroom package which included teatime snack, breakfast and small dinner/snack buffet with free alcohol yay! Super kids friendly and staffs were nice and polite. The only downside was breakfast wait. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel to a family (please chose outdoor swimming pool package with breakfast if you take small children)

Great View, very friendly staff. We also challenged hiking event and got some gift as well- Weather was great, walking was so peaceful. Room was clean and spacious. Loved it- thank you!
