Stayed for 3 weeks in the standard bungalow and overall we enjoyed it a lot. If we are going back to Phu Quoc in future, we will definitely book this resort again! Plusside: The room was spacy and in good condition, the staff is very friendly and the service is great in every aspect, garden is well taken care of, pictures feels genuine and accurate (what-you-see-is-what-you-get), so it surely met the expecations. The beach area have private sunbeds and it worked flawlessly, the security staff helped out to setup beds if none was available. The lady selling fresh fruits on the beach were friendly and prices competitive. Two times the cleaning staff removed the beach towels but forgot to put in new, the reception helped out without any hassle. Downside: The standard room don't have chairs and table indoors, the only option is the terrace which would have worked fine if it wasn't for the precense of mosquitoes, which was a bit bothersome. The mosquito net over the bed couldn't be fully closed, and there were some bug stains on the net (thaẗ́'s basically the only part of the room that didn't meet the cleaning expectations). We bought bug spray on the supermarket to keep the indoor area bug-free, seemed to work pretty well.

We simply loved it, it’s a great place to chill, relax. To wake up listening to sea lapping onto the beach is the best way to start your day. The sunsets from your terrace across the palm fringed beach was lovely. Our room was lovely, super comfortable beds and awesome pillows, the a/c worked great. The gardens were manicured, the beach was kept spotless and there’s plenty of shade under the coconut trees. Breakfast was good, however the meals that the restaurant served were dull. There’s plenty of options to eat out just outside the hotel, we preferred to turn right.

The disco on Sunset beach on the left can be quite loud at night, stay on the far side if possible.

Fantastic beach spot. Good area to walk into town. Stayed out 3 hotels in PQ and this was my least expensive hotel but best beach. Wish they would do more to clean up the plastic and lobby local govt

Great spot and only 200 metres to street shopping & food

The hotel’s location is excellent. The beach is about fifty meters in front of our bungalow. It is a very safe place to stay and enjoy holidays. The room is exceptionally clean, but the Wi-Fi is weak. There are plenty of Vietnamese restaurants and souvenirs shop nearby. The hotel has a restaurant offering excellent Vietnamese dishes. We had excellent free breakfast including Vietnamese soup called Pho, fried spring rolls, various Vietnamese dishes and fruits, cheese, bread, coffee, tea, juice … The restaurant staff are very polite and professional, as well as the staff at the reception desk. Regarding the room cleaning service, the staff did an excellent job. We will certainly stay here next time we visit Phu Quoc.

Friendly staffs, excellent service. Bungallow has mosquito curtained beds, but i changed rooms to deluxe to avoid mosquitos after 1 day. They offered discounts because of inconvenience. Overall, nice place to stay, very close to beach

Beach was very nice , clean and well maintained. Room was excellent although a lottle small. Breakfast was mediocre.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Star Resort in the beachfront bungalow. The bed was big and comfortable, the beach was clean and has many lounge chairs for guests, and it is walking distance to many great restaurants and street food vendors. I’d stay here again!

A very relaxing stay right on the beach ( beach front villa .) A really chilled break . Some good restaurants close by , found by luck as not really well identified. ( along a side street - Colours is good.) Recommend this resort for stay.

Very nice Bungalows, very clean, also a very clean beach! Really nice personell! The bar next to the resort played very loud music each night, which could be heard in the bungalows as well - it would be nice to make some kind of arrangement that they don't play the music that loud.

This resort's facilities are a bit dated and are due some decent renovation/updating/freshening. Love the closed in location and nice clean beach. Love our beach feont bungalows...but again things are a bit dated

Can’t beat the view if you have the ocean front bungalow. The beach is very clean. The room is okay. Good enough for the money if you aren’t in for fancy things. Dislike the staff try to sale products at my breakfast time.

The hotel was absolutely fine for the cost of the room. Right on the beach and there is a bar next door that is great to watch the sunset. Breakfast was ok, could have had more options on the cooked menu and the buffet was very light on options. However, during covid it's obviously not easy to get this right. If looking for good value hotel in good location it is a decent option.

Good location, beach chalets are literally on the beach, very friendly and helpful staff. The air con in the room could be a little more powerful, maybe it just needs servicing, and breakfast could be a little more varied. Otherwise, I was really happy with my choice for 5 nights.

We should be informed that there is a large and very noisy construction project next to this resort. And I regret that the manager refused 1 hour late check out without 10% penalty.

The included breakfast was good with lots of options and the food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was tasty and reasonably priced.I didn't like that the ad for the hotel stated that they offered an airport shuttle service when they did NOT have one. Also I messaged them three times about getting picked up but they never responded.The cabin was big enough and the bed was comfortable, but there were no chairs to sit on. Even the beach lounging chairs on the porch only had one position: recline! There was no place to sit only to lie down.Also, there was only one water temperature available: cool. Hot water would have been nice.

A satisfactory experience nothing more and nothing particuarly less. The hotel and it's grounds are nice, with the pool and beach are being above average, but the rooms are tired and I was initially given a room. With a lot of damage to the floors, walls etc and with a very musty snell. At first they just send someone in to spray a bit of air freshener, but when I made it clear I wasn't happy, to their credit they moved me to the room next door. A good location for the local area. Close enough to the night market, local bars etc, but far enough away that you are not bothered by excessive noise.

The superior bungalow was perfectly placed, one row behind the beach bungalows, giving a little more privacy and still having beach views! Always clean and friendly + helpful staff, the resort was relaxing and a nice 1-2km stroll into the night market! I’d stay here again for sure!

The room was a little small for a bungalow, but the bed was quite comfortable with good mosquito netting. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Vietnamese noodles, eggs, warm dishes, toast, sweets, yogurt and coffee and juice. The service was friendly and the pool was clean. The wifi was a little patchy and the surf was rough because it was the rainy season.

I had a beach bungalow and it was great, all that I wanted to relax. Good location.

Great value and well-located resort on Phu Quoc. The Breakfasts were wonderful and evening meals on the beach were high quality and very enjoyable. Loved the garden bungalows and the nice stretch of beach on which the resort is located.

Very nice spot wifi is not good in the rooms but other than that great time nice beach and pool!

It was a relaxing experience to stay in the hotel, it is not the kind of luxury hotel but it could meet all my expectations. Buffet breakfast is just OK but with this budget I was good with it, room is clean with a balcony. Easy access to private beach, just a minute walk through the swimming pool. I was lucky to enjoy 2 days sunshine on this quiet beach.

Beautiful island with great people. We were there during the law season and it was not so many people, so the experience was even nicer. The bungallows are story for themselves, it was really large, in the middle of the tropical trees, with sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Paradise.
