We booked 5 rooms with the property for a group of 16 folks including children. Our check-in process was really smooth and we got early check-ins for all of our rooms even though their check-in time is 2 PM. That was a big help as we had to cover the Wagah border the same day and we need to be ready for the same after our overnight journey. All the staff was really cooperative and especially Mr Niyamat Ali who helped arranging for transport quickly to wagah border and other places. The rooms were good and spacious. The breakfast was really good and one of the key things that we thoroughly enjoyed their. The staff at restaurant was also very courteous and accommodated all our requests. Only minor thing is about showers and cold and hot water. Sometimes water gets too hot and sometimes it is too cold. Also location is relatively bit far from Golden temple area though still manageable with local transport there but if you have to go to golden temple area more than once then one has to think. The Traffic is also bad so we need to account for the same if one has have to catch their trains etc.

Stay was okay. Only issue was housekeeping as we had to ask them for soaps everyday because they dont provide you bath soap other then one for handwash. Not enough towels for each guest. Bar fridge in the room wasn't working. Made us uncomfortable when we had to ask for soap,towel everyday. Food was awesome. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ambience was perfect.

Excellent location. Near Golden temple and Jaliana wala bagh. Hotel cleanliness and facilities excellent. I loved the stay there.Nice restaurant too though expensive.

Nice and clean room

We extended our stay as our flight was late in the evening. It was scorching hot outside. What was disappointing was a 5 star had a power failure and my mum who had hurt a knee couldn’t use the lifts instead had to climb down the stairs.

Excellent stay! Very neat with modern amenities. Very accessible to the major attractions in Amritsar. Staff is very warm indeed.

Great hotel. Only issue was that the "business center" doesn't actually exist...otherwise, a pretty comfortable stay.

Its value for money. Service was good. Suggestion-Should replenish toiletries every day.

can be improved a little bit

Lots of improvements needed. When I arrived at the hotel in an autorickshaw, the security guard, for no apparent reason, advised the driver that he was not allowed into the hotel car park. Hence I had to get out on the road, at night, & take my luggage out & then take this to the hotel. There appeared to be no apparent reason for this & the reception staff confirmed that the security guard should have let us inside.My key card stopped working for three days - despite several attempts for staff to fix this. There was a small leak of water from the shower and the surrounds from the power sockets fell off. Room service was substandard: Soap was not replaced - the same bar of soap was in the bathroom for 7 days. Also the floor was not cleaned on at least 2 occasions. The multigym machine in the gym appears to have parts missing & on one occasion, the AC was switched off. I informed management but it was not fixed by the time I had completed my workout 20 minutes later. Keeping fit in 38 degrees was a challenge. Checkout took far too long- I was the only person at reception. Also the reception staff advised my taxi had not arrived. 10 minutes later they stated it had arrived - the driver then advised me he had been waiting for 20 minutes. This of course lead to a lot of stress as I thought I was going to miss my train - I made it by about 1.5 minutes.Due to the above problems, I would not stay here again and would certainly not recommend anyone else stay here.

Excellent Stay & Service

Location. Any one of taxi or tuktuk driver did not know this hotel. Distance to main places(Golden Temple, Railway Station) is too far to walk.ServiceMost staff was like being trained to do well for customers but not knowing how to do.Table lamp was broken, bath towel was not clean... May be all these cons dur to just my bad luck.

Well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. The room allotted to me was very spacious and exceeded expectations.
