Most comfortable bed and room of my trip in Japan! Staff was helpful, breakfast was delicious, coffee machine, microwave, and laundry were so helpful. Very close to 2 train stations, but area itself was very quiet with limited eating options.

We had nice stay but we had this small misunderstanding regarding breakfast. I thought we had paid for everyones breakfast (3 adults and one 5 year old) because we had paid the room and informed our group size. But we heard that breakfast is only paid for adults, child breakfast pays extra. We contacted also hotels.com about this but it was no help. So if this review would help someone, that is good. If you travel with children under 6 year old and have bought breakfast via hotels.com, you still have to pay childrens breakfast.

Location was good but still some walks from the hotel to the train station, a little difficult for traveller if you are carrying big suitcase. Front desk staffs are very nice and could speak English.

Best room we stayed at so far! Clean rooms and had a king sized bed. Very comfy bed and great showers! Not too noisy since it’s next to the street.

Located in the office area, it’s very quiet at night, and very convenient to transport.

The bed was so comfortable, the best of our whole trip! And the room was a very good size. We stayed in the king room and had lots of space for luggage and moving around! The area was quiet and clean with a few restaurants within walking distance but we mainly traveled to find food. There is a 7/11 and Lawson close for something quick! Great stay, would definitely stay again

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and also have a good sound proofing. There are two metro stations near by with excellent connectivity to all major attractions. The rooms are large by Japanese standards. Western shower. The only thing to be aware of is the small step at the rooms entrance (for the shoes area). Worth the price. All in all good mid-level hotel.

Review coming from Canadian Tourist: The staff at the property were amazing, and very friendly, and were able to understand our broken Japanese. The room was a great size, and other than some minor stains on the wall and curtains, was very clean. The area around the hotel seemed very business central, so there weren’t a lot of places to eat and most weren’t open to accepting foreign tourist. We were either told no or charged a cover at an empty restaurant. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep with a great rate, this is an awesome spot. If you are looking for a hotel right in the heart of everything, I would recommend staying closer to dotonbori.

The beds here are absolutely insanely comfortable. Also huge!! I was so suprised for Hapan how big the bed was. It was like the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. I slept like a rock. Very close to the train. Would definitely recommend!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful in all regards. We could send our luggage within 1 day to the next hotel. Higobashi train station is 2-3 minutes away by foot. A convenience store is right across the street. The hotel was very clean. Overall an amazing stay and most likely the best hotel we stayed in on our Japan journey.

Great location close to 2 lines. Lots of convenience stores around but food options limited. Only complaint is the bed did not suit us well. Everything else was splendid.

This is a fantastic, beautiful hotel. There was some construction while we were there, but the staff warned us and offered earplugs/accomodation if needed. It's very close to transit, convenience stores, and has a restaurant on site. There is a great little ramen shop down the street. Be warned, however, this is definitely a business district with not a lot to do in the immediate area.

Even taxi got lost, one way street, so i wrap the hotel card, much easier for the Taxi to find address.

This hotel was in a super convenient location (next to a few major metro stations), the room was huge for the cost, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Walkable distance from subway station , convenience store and Starbucks. It's a pity that there's no bath tub in our room, as my partner would really love it. There aren't many local foods and malls near this location, there are lots of office building in this area though. Overall good value, very spacious and affordable for visitors.

This place is very close to the subway station, so it is convenient to move to many places. And the surroundings are really calm.

The hotel was closed to a couple train stations. Also, the neighborhood is quiet and away from the busyness of Osaka. My only complain is that the shower only released hot water and we couldn't regulate it. Aside form that, it was really good.

The toilet bowl is very dirty.

Overall the stay was okay. There was really gross stuff on the curtain that’s not cleaned properly. It was also noisy as you can hear people dragging their chairs upstairs. The location was ok but definitely cannot be compare with Umeda station.

Quiet yet convenient location. The hotel was steps away from Higobashi Station, there was a Lawson's convenience store just opposite and a Matsuya gyudon restaurant just round the corner. Was there for New Year's, and to celebrate the occasion, the hotel provided free soba and free flow sake to all guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

Hotel seems recently renovated, room was comfy and spacious. A lot of thought went into the interior design to maximise space usage. When though the sink was located outside, that made the toilet more spacious. Power socket came with usb points for modern devices, and they provide cables for usb devices as well. Staff were courteous and helpful, and speak English very well. Overall, a great stay!
