Its a good location near almost about everything you need. Local restaurant, shopping center and besides a convenient store FAMILY MART. The breakfast is not really free but they have good coffee and snacks plus accessible commodity. Safety is not an issue. Its quite and they have luggage transfer. I will go back to Karaksa but now in TOKYO!!!

Good location. But crowded area put stress on the holiday.
Toilet always smell of urine even after cleaning. I don’t know why.
I have 2x 3 single beds bedroom connected. 5adult 2 children of 2 and 5. I find it too cramp. Small vanity and shower area.
If I have to choose again. I will go to Mimaru suite which is slight more expensive.

Location was 2 min from Dotonburi & Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Free hot & cold beverages, and cookies & snacks at the lobby rest area. No hesitation to return. Many eateries around the hotel vicinity.

One of best front desk service I have never seen, specially two mandarin speaking ladies help us so much. The compliment snacks & variety of drinks are making our stay so enjoyable. Only drawback is no drawls in room to put down our clothes or daily necessities

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, and enjoyed every second of it! The hotel is an approx. 10 minute-walk from Namba station and location is excellent. It is within walking distance to Dotonburi, and there is a Family Mart at the end of the block. The staff is the absolute best! Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. We needed a stroller fan for our toddler, and asked if they could help Amazon it. They were not able to help order it due to policy but they helped search for it online and found a place that sold it. They really went above and beyond! The breakfast buffet and welcoming drinks were great! Best part is that they provide amenities beside the front desk and they take as many as you need. They also help with luggage service which we used and it arrived promptly in Kyoto. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Karaksa for an amazing visit!

Connecting room was so convenient for family. Lobby setting some drinking machine was so great!! All staff with excellent service. The spacious of room are reasonable in Japan. The location nearby to Shinsaibashi and dontobori with few minutes walk.

Great location to everything. You are a 5 minute walk to the river where the Glieco sign is and the famous Dontonbori area. Tons of shopping and food nearby. All within walking distance. The throwback 2nd hand shops are all within a few blocks. If you walk like 10 minutes it’s all the other higher end stores. You must go to the Levi’s store and get a pair of custom jeans embroidered with your name and Japan Logos.
I travel a lot and location is key. Breakfast was decent, and the 24hr soda and coffee was great. Staff was super nice and connected rooms were great for our young adults. They stored our luggage and called us a cab when we needed.

karaksa is right in the heart of the Dotonbori neighborhood. Everything you want to do is minutes from the hotel. The hotel itself is fantastic and ideal for our family of 4. Unlimited coffee and soft drinks helped get us going in the morning!

Good for family. Make sure you get the combined rooms. Having two bathrooms for the family is a plus! 5 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi and metro. Lots of takoyaki shops around the hotel.
Staffs are friendly, helpful and can speak English.

Perfect location. Clean and nice rooms. Shower has lots of pressure, which is great. A lot of variety for breakfast. Will return again.

We stayed in four different hotels during our travels in Japan, and this was our favorite. The location could not be better for visiting all the tourist sites and Donotoburi. The English-speaking staff was excellent. I would stay here again. Did I mention the all-you-can-drink coffee and soda machine in the lobby for the guests? After a long day of being out, it's nice to have a little something cold to drink before heading to your room.
I will say this about all the Japanese hotels: the service and the staff are excellent. This was not a "high-end" hotel, but they made you feel high-end with simple tasks like taking your bag to your room without being asked or holding your bags after you check out.

We stayed at the Karaksa Osaka Namba for 1 night and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel is. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, they showed me how to get around, called cabs for me, one of them even went out so far as to tell the cab driver where we wanted to go so we wont get lost in translation. The lobby has complimentary drinks such as coffee, iced matcha, small snacks. Very pleasant and welcoming. The location can't be beat b/c it's only 5 minutes away from the famous Dotonbori night market, which is very lively with all kind of food.

Hotel is not comfortable. The rooms are too small and they have no storage at all. There were no drawers or closets in both my rooms. The beds were hard and the pillows were inadequate. There is hardly any room to move inside the hotel and the toilets are also very small and enclosed in a very small space. The staff was friendly and the location is ideal since you are minutes away from tourist area, food and shopping. Breakfast was included, and it was just a standard breakfast. Overall, I did not get much rest here at all.
