this is a terrible hotel. Bad painting, air conditioning and hot water not working.

Compared to the price, this hotel is the best choice in Greater Accra Ghana. I believe for experts working in Ghana or tourists, with $12 per night, this is a great place to stay. The hotel was built where normally water should pass but whenever it rains the road in front of the hotel get flooded and also the roads are in a terrible condition which makes it very difficult for cars to get to the hotel. Whenever there is light off the hotel staff are unable to turn on the generator because it is broken but they will not fix it. Last day of our holidays the hotel got completely flooded and our luggage and clothing and passport got damaged (all the rooms were full of water up to the knee and the walls behind the property fell down) the hotel staff were not able to contact us because the did not have our details and they did not have a spare key to open our door and at least save our property, they had to wait for us come back to be able to open our room door. We drenched and cold and muddy. It was horrible!! I really do not recommend staying in this hotel for safety reasons!!

Checkin was terrible. I told them upfront that I’ll arrive late for checkin which they acknowledged but everyone was asleep when I arrived around midnight. Had to wait knocking on the reception door for a long while before a girl came up to open and complained that I’ve woken her from her sleep. After checking me in I didn’t receive any help carrying my bags as she told me they don’t do that there. However I assumed she was upset that I checked in late and woke her up. Room was less than average, there was no remote for the air condition which was set to 26 degrees and when I got a remote from the lady she said the standard rooms does not allow guests to change aircondition set temperature.

They need to fix hot water

I liked the food and friendly accommodating staff. Did not like no hot water in bathroom.

Very close to the Accra-Kumasi road. I recommend it.

Wrong choice, after booking and paying online, the receptionist told me she can’t check me in because they don’t accept online booking anymore . So I had to pay extra cash for the room

The free breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were cleaned very well on daily basis. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a backup generator when the electricity failed. My only dislike was the fact that the beds was suppose to be a queen sized bed, but was indeed two twin beds pushed together made my rest very uncomfortable along with not having any hot water to bathe with.

Always clean and neat good parking a bit off the beaten path roads are not great but this is Africa not many are.

I was sooo please with the great customer service the receptionist Theresa gave me my entire stay. She welcomed me before I even arrived. She is very caring and professional. I will never forget her or my stay. The only bad thing was that the roads surrounding the property were in poor condition. However, I was so pleased with my stay that it didn't matter much. The price was also very affordable.

The road leading to the hotel is very bad and dusty but l like the environment friendliness.

Great stay as always was very enjoyable . Hotel is a bit off the beaten path but worth it

The workers are of the nicest I have encountered and the facility is nice. However most the time you must eat out because the restaurant is almost never open. Worst there usually daily and nightly loud arguments and fights from the parade of male and female prostitutes and drug traffickers. This is permitted by the management on site. If you have a family find another place.if you are single and a bit crazy go for it.This place has fantastic potential but at present to many serious problems for me to give it a good rating. I booked for a month but would have left the second day if I could have got a refund.
