Not happy with this stay. Asked for house keeping did not get it at all. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Employee at the front desk seemed pre occupied and not concerned about the customer

This was a beautiful, clean hotel at a reasonable price. It's across the street from the Orlando hospital.

Excellent stay in downtown Orlando! Quiet. Clean. Chic. Super close for exploring all that the city has to offer. Great parking and wonderful staff. It made the staycation feel like a true getaway.

This hotel is amazing. It went above and beyond what I expected. Macy at the front desk was one of the nicest, most genuine customer service people ever. The restaurant was delish. They also had good ice. I will stay here every time I come to Orlando for business.

The staff here are amazing! Nate is the BEST!! he goes above and beyond! The place is super clean and spacious! Lovely all the way around and the food here is also GREAT!! highly recommended :-)

Cute hotel

Nice spacious room. very clean and friendly staff. Just a little noisy if you get a room that faces the main street.

Very convenient to Orlando Health complex.

We stay at this hotel to attend a show at the Phipps theatre downtown. It was a very short Uber ride to the show. Room was clean and staff was very friendly.

The stay was good however, the client should be able to check in by 1pm if check out is before 12.

Boutique hotel close to camping world stadium. Very good restaurant on premises. Clean comfortable and convenient. Left a portable charger in room, still waiting for it to be shipped back to me.. When it arrives will be happy, otherwise my fault for leaving it.. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The hotel was a nice boutique establishment. It was very clean. It had modern upgrades. The bed was super comfortable. The service was great. I read some of the other views about the walls being very thin and you are able to hear the ambiance all night. I will agree that the walls are thin. We could clearly hear the people next to us conversation clearly. They were not loud. You can hear the ambulance sounds and city sounds. Honestly, I live in Miami so I’m accustomed to the sounds of the city. You can absolutely hear your neighbor’s conversation. Again not a deal breaker for me. The hotel has a restaurant. The food was mid. If you don’t want to leave the hotel it’s not a bad option but the food is just okay. There is a Scratch Kitchen that is in the same compound of the building that the hotel is in (not affiliated with the hotel), the food there is amazing! Also the hotel is right downtown. So food options are readily accessible. The hotel has a parking garage and parking was free. You can access in and out with your hotel key. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely a 8.6-9 out of 10. Took off points for the thin walls. I will definitely stay there again!

The parking was very accessible and convenient. And the restaurant on site was amazingly delicious. The room was amazing and impressed by the cleanliness.

Execellent experience. We booked a single night and everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved the restaurant!! The mixologist was amazing! Our drinks were delicious and he was so very pleasant to talk to. We had a great time and we can not wait to return!! The rooms were meticulous, the lady at the front desk was so very nice, such a great personality like the mixologist at the bar, and the check in process was so easy! The beds were extremely comfortable!!

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Orlando. Centrally located and right off the highway so it’s easy to get to parks, airport, malls, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great stay and would stay again. Highly recommend this property.

Close proximity to the Kia Center and has a built in restaurant in the lobby. Pretty nice hotel.
