Great location close to shops and restaurants. There was construction next door which I don't believe I was informed but work did stop around late afternoon so wasn't an issue.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the metro. We were surprised at how small the room actually was but managed for the four days we were there. It was clean, there was a microwave we could use and also tea and coffee from 12 noon onwards.

Very small room, we booked the twin room without realizing the twin room doesn’t have double/twin beds but two single beds. Make sure you check before you make the booking. Other than that, great location, 15 mins walk to Dotonbori with lots of food around.

My only small complaint would be the lack of blackout curtains, otherwise everything was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and room were very clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

We weren't sure what to expect at this hotel. but we were pleasantly surprised. It is on a side street within walking distance of the Dotonbori area of Osaka. It is a short walk from the subway, so all of Osaka is accessible.
The hotel is comfortable and affordable. There are no food options in the hotel, but everything you need is a very short walk away. They have coffee and tea available in the lobby area. They also have coin laundry that we utilized.

My second time stay here. Just like last time, it was a great experience. 2 minute walk from a lot of shopping and food options. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. A bit small if you get a double bed just have had smaller. If you get the double twin beds, you get an extra couple feet of space. So that may be the better option if you car about having more room to move around.

This hotel is right where you want to be in Osaka. Very near shopping and dining areas. Walkable to.the metro too. The rooms are decent. There is a dining area after the lobby, that offers hot soup and beverages to compliment your take home snacks. I recommend this hotel.for the convenience and value for money it offers.

A service of receptionist on the night time 19th, Jan was very poor, horrible even the service request was same as what I had been provided from different receptionist during stay. That Japanese guy just repeated “no” without any reason. He could not explain anything in English. Please learn English more to work in Hotel. Free cafe facilities were good to cut a cost.

The hotel was clean and relatively spacious since we were able to open 2 luggages! The hotel staff was great and helpful in providing advice on routes to different destinations, and even helped us to book taxi! The hotel was also ideally located along Shisaibashi shopping street, and there are food options even till late night. It is also within walking distance to metro station! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here in the future
