The hotel is just located beside Malacca River, there are food street beside the river just behind the hotel. and is also walking distance to the infamous Jonker street.

I like peranakan feeling and the location. The free parking is first come first serve , 4 parking lots only. Anyway I managed to get one. Breakfast quality and service need to be improved. One of the Malay waitress always looking at her hand phone.

Last minute booking and came across this hotel by chance, read the review and decided to give the family suite a try since is only for a night. Surprisingly, this hotel though not new, is well kept and gives us a very cosy and comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is just minutes to Jonker Street which is a super plus point. The only challenge is the carparking which is free for hotel guest but a narrow alley just opposite the hotel.

Like: Walking distance to Jonker and this is boutique hotel and cleanliness is maintained. Dislike: Parking is always an issue for hotel in or around Jonker. The room has a staircase just right after you enter the room and quite dangerous if ppl didn't aware.

코로나 확산문제로 출국을 할수 없어 예약 취소 요청을 하였는데.... 취소 불가라는 회신조차도 하지 않는 대응에 대해 심히 불쾌하다. 회신이라도 하는것이 고객에 대한 최소한의 예의 아닌가? I couldn't leave because of the corona spread. It is extremely unpleasant to the hotel's response that it does not even reply that it cannot be canceled. Isn't it the least polite to the customer to reply? The service is messed up

Nice location and friendly staff overall. When checking out had one card and staff asked me to go back at get the other that was in the room. I would consider staying elsewhere.

Closed to Station, swimming pool nice, woth the price

Beautiful, it's like staying at a museum! The location is fantastic, close enough to Jonker Street (4-5 min walk) but not so close as to being disturbed by the noise, especially Tuk Tuks. Having the exit to the riverside is fantastic for a romantic walk down the amazingly gorgeous promenade to the town square. The street art along the banks is priceless.

A absolutely beautiful hotel, amazing value and very well looked after. The staff were always smiling and happy to help. Highly recommended!

Old home that has been nicely refurbished into a lovely home stay. Centrally located and easy walking distance to the local sites. Right on the river and nice pathways.Has a pool for refreshing dips in the afternoon when it gets too hot.Only negative, there is no elevator.

This is a boutique hotel, in the best part of Malacca. You walk out of the beautiful doors and you are surrounded by the old world charm of Chinatown and Jonker st. We had the suite with a balcony looking over the river. We could see the lights each night. The swimming pool was perfect as the weather was hot. All the staff were lovely. This place is amazing.

A very stylish hotel with some wonderful old-style decorations and artefacts. The room with a window actually had a shuttered window opening internally onto the landing area so one could not open the shutters, let alone the window.

The Aava Malacca Hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Jonker Walk was just a short walk away. I would recommend the Aava Malacca Hotel

The Hotel is walking distance to Jonker and yet away from the hustle and bustleThe only one small snag would be the wifi in the room, which was not working during our stay.
