The visuals of the place overall were very nice, and the room was good too. The bathroom seemed to be lacking some curtains or similar because water went everywhere when showering which seemed a bit strange (and was taking its toll on the door). The price was also very good compared to the competition. So the only reason why this is not a glowingly positive review is because the service was lacking, here are a few examples: 1. We arrived early, meaning before the stated checkin time and asked if we were lucky enough to get an early checkin, and the response was that we could, if we were willing to get another room than what we had booked and this room would have a door to a potential neighbor. We were thankful for the offer but decided to leave our luggage in storage and then return later. When we returned later, we had to wait for about 30 minutes before our room was ready and we ended up getting the room with the door that we rejected earlier, but we were too tired to complain (and the neighbor seemed pretty quite). 2. On our last day our entry cards simply stopped working and I had to go down to the reception to get them recoded, but I was offered no explanation or apology. In general the staff managing the reception seemed tired and pretty slow, and we were far from the the only customers that were getting poor service (during our 30 minutes wait we noticed several guests coming to the counter and asking what was going on and when they would get their rooms).

When we arrived they they claimed our booking with hotels . Com had been fabricated and we did not have a reservation. When we pressed further they said they had a reservation but they had an issue with hotels.com which they could not disclose. When pressed further, after hotels com called them, they said force majure and when we complained further they finally admitted they were over booked. No alternative accommodation was found. We slept in tbe lobby.

Carpet was very dirty and one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes.. The hotel needs new furniture.. In the other hand, staff were cordial

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Each time, I've booked a suite. This particular visit, I was given what seemed like a smaller suite rather than the first visit.The suite was clean and comfortable, but I can't say the same for the dining area.Due to the increase in guest, staff was slow at clearing tables and floors were left unsweeped overnight. We ate breakfast one morning when guest children littered the floors with food, etc.,only to return the next morning to see the same food on the floor underneath tables.The breakfast could use an upgrade.

It was fine, I get informed by desktop staff that I have only breakfast only while the offer I booked including dinner free?? I did some text communication with hotel. Com website and wasn't work. The Room I received was bad smiling and been changed.

Great hotel, great breakfast, walking distance from the airport, not far from city if you in a car. You can rent a car in an airport. Everything is great about this place.
