We enjoyed the room as it was very comfortable in terms of the bed, bathroom and air conditioning. It was very small however and we could not open both of our suitcases at the same time and had to access them on the floor. The wardrobes were a nice size but the wardrobe doors would not open fully as the doors hit up against the bed, so we were unable to use them.
The area around the hotel was very dirty and unkept although the hotel itself was clean and lovely.
We found it easy to access the railway syation (Brussels Midi) and it was easy also to walk to all the places we wished to visit.

great hotel and staff is very friendly the hotel is conveniently located close to the midi station which allows you to take public transportation. The Cleanliness is great the food as well. And they have waffles on the counter as courtesy which is very cute.

Nice smaller boutique hotel near the Midi/Zuid train station. My room was very comfortable and security good as a solo female traveller. The breakfast (extra) was delicious with granola, breads and pastries, charcuterie. The tech is nice to as I was able to cast a show I was waiting to see from my phone to the television. The only downside is that it is a 25-30 minute walk through some construction zones to the historic center of town. However, this is probably why it's more affordable. Uber if you dont want to walk.

It was amazing! The people at the front desk were so friendly! They provided us with food / destination recommendations and we loved them all. I will say though, the area in the opposite direction of the station seemed to be a little off the beaten path (if you know what I mean). And as people who didn’t know the language, this was kind of dangerous as in my brothers necklace was almost stolen. BUT I loved the hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

Comfortable clean stay within short walk of Brussels Midi Station. Breakfast is ok, liked the make you own waffles and pancakes. The area around the station is very run down and wouldn’t want to walk it late at night. Also very little choice of places to eat.

Loads of people leaving reviews about the area feeling unsafe. It was no different from any other part of Brussels. The accommodation was perfectly fine and the staff were amazing. Thank to Micheal form the beer recommendations.

The size and shape of the room was good for two people. People at the front desk were great.

The dishes were dirty and unwashed when we arrived. The bottom of the kettle was peeling off and would contaminate the water when boiled. Some weird exhaust fan in the room is really loud in the middle of the night, keeping us awake. It was honestly better than nothing, but I wouldn't come back here again.

The apartment room that we booked was spacious and affordable, it came with more amenities than we expected such as cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave and own AC control. Overall a VERY nice place to spend several nights, the only concern is that the neighborhood surround the hotel is not very aesthetic or convenient as there are not many places nearby to eat at. Although with its location so close to the Bruxelles-Midi train station it was easy to hop on a train to visit the Brussels city center and find plenty of places to eat.

I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Pros- Buffet breakfast was average but good selection. Close walking distance to Gare du Midi station, metro, bus, etc. Room was comfortable and good size. Staff was lovely and welcoming.
Cons- Floor quite dusty, couldn’t turn off air con from the room (although staff did assist when issue raised), burning smell from microwave and neighbourhood not the best.
Overall was value for money and didn’t expect a lot but was a decent stay for the 2 days spent in Brussels.

Very happy with hotel. Everything that I needed. A few niggles, but not enough to put me off returning.
However, half of the TV channels did not work at all.
I can never work out the hi-tech heating/air conditioning control in a hotel room. I opened the window and kept it open all night, which meant a fair bit of noise from the street.
Had breakfast at the weekend. Not a bargain but OK for the amount I ate. However, not a wide range. They ran out of bread and had to thaw it from the freezer. That should never happen. Common problem of things not being topped up in time (e.g. scrambled egg).

The stay was comfortable. It is just five minutes walk from Midi ststion. The property is was comfortable and we enjoyed the luxury of having a fully equipped pantry as we have a two year old. Only short fall was the breakfast which was standard for all days and didn’t have a lot of options. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
