Quite nice and very affordable hotel. The mattress and pillows were really hard though, woke up with a lot of pain but they have a nice massage chair on the top floor so that helped. It is a great location, close to everything, we ended up walking everywhere.

Staff very rude. Dirty room. The room size is extremely small. I bring 2 bags. I cant open it. I even cant walk inside my room

The reception staff was friendly and the large public bath was great. The bath was enjoyable and the service was good in the morning and evening. Yogurt is good after a morning bath, and after an evening bath, eating ice cream or using a massage chair relieves the fatigue of the day. If I have the chance next time, I would like to go again. thank you

Pillows are so firm. I hope I can choose a firm pillow or soft ones. People in the bathhouse were sometimes loud and used a lot of water from the tubs. Some of them used a skin roller in a tub and washed their faces in the tub. You need to reinforce them to understand the rules in the bathhouse.

Good location, excellent facilities

I’m a Doemy Inn fan. Right before this stay, I was at Dormy Inn Ikebukuro. This one? Not quite to that level. Still nice. Located in the thick of things which is fine with me. Literally attached to a Lawson. The evening soba service was great (and free). Both the room and the onsen bath was a hair lower than what I expect and have experienced at other Dormy Inns. Smaller than usual; the onsen was maybe 33% smaller (but the sauna was still excellent). I love Dormy and will continue to patronize them. This was a satisfactory experience - a bit below others but not enough to knock it off 5 stars.

The hotel was excellent! Tried the onsen which was very nice.

All the staff were good at speaking English and very professional. Also the rooms were cozy, and the hot springs on the top roof was beautiful.

Great service, nice clean rooms, on the small side but expected for Japan. The area is full with small restaurants, walking distance to few metro stations, very close to the Dotonbori, the are was less cleaner than expected for Japan.

Room condition, Sauna was very good, but there were alot of disgusting garbages at the front of the hotel enterance.

Love the onsen on top floor which is nice and clean.

A fantastic Inn with onsen right near the centre of Shinsaibashi/Namba area. The room is very clean and tidy. What's the best thing about this place? Free washing machine usage on the 13th floor and the free ice cream/ice block after your onsen session at night time. Late night snack? Free soba near midnight at their restaurant too!

Convenient location to local metro. Taxi stand right outside if needed. Walking distance to shops/restaurants. Staff is available to answer questions. Hot springs are great—there is also a cold bath. Overall a great stay.

We stayed for 4 nights, everything is good except the housekeeper didn’t clean out the garbage some days

Room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Although it is quite far from JR, it is just a few minutes walk to Doutonbori.

Walking distance to shopping center; room size is relatively spacious with reference to city center hotels in Japan; complimentary welcome sweets & water at fridge; breakfast quality is good and out of expectation >>> recommended The only drawback is no parking inside the hotel and need to park at nearby carpark.

Room was big enough for us but a bit dated. Our room faced the Main Street and it was incredibly noisy to a point of walking us up in the night. The night noodles were good and a nice touch also provided coffee and tea in the room. Staff was nice as well.
