This trip was a good stay and all was well. We drove 5 hours and would have liked to be able to check in a little earlier and the front desk DID call when our room was available to get into earlier!! Great service! the room great except was missing the linens for the sofabed but was happy overall.

The 2nd floor hotel room was extra clean, had plenty of toiletry items, towels, etc. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. It was one of the nicest hotel stays I've had in a long time.

My son took a shower and the whole tub filled up with water and wouldn’t drain. I told the front desk and they just said I’m sorry. I wasn’t able to take a shower. Not cool. Wish I could be refunded

What can I say?! For a quick overnight stay for the Dallas vs Austin game the Holiday Inn was perfect. I’m usually pretty Boujee but it worked. Sunni at check in was awesome and Alejandro had the breakfast buffet stacked. Our 12 & 10 year old liked the little pancake popper putter and of course the Texas shaped waffles. The hotel itself was literally a walk across the street to the field, the room actually got cold and the beds/pillows were quite comfortable.

Everything was peaceful and friendly. Not to far from where we needed. And breakfast was fresh and kept up with.

Everything was fine until the morning of Wednesday, June 26th. Around 8:30am music was blasted loud and see like coming from hallway or room next door. Called front desk and they ask which room. I told them I’m not sure. Moments later went to find out it was housekeeper next door cleaning with music blasted and door propped open. Called front desk again about 10 minutes later only for her to say we will notify the housekeeping supervisor. This is 8 in the morning and there’s some that are still trying to get rest! Music lasted over 30 minutes before turned off.

Nice hotel. Very nice front desk staff. Great location to restaurants and stores. They have a laundry facility we didn’t utilize it but it is a nice amenity.

One of the worst properties Ive stayed at. Our first room the tv didnt work. Was shorting out. They finally came and checked it and moved us. The next room was moldy, severe mold. The third room also had mold in the ac unit. We had to pick the lesser of threee evils since they all had mold in the ac unit. We picked the cleanest and then went and got what we needed to clean it. I will say the staff member sunni was nice and patient and tried his best with what he had to work with. I give 5 stars to the staff!
