The house was warm without air condition and the windows did not have mosquito nets despite being flooded with mosquitoes and other insects. The area around the house was not well maintained. There was sand on the balcony and outdoor furniture was messy and dirty. The whole stay was disappointing.

The property was great. Traveling with 8 ppl isnt easy but this place was perfect. We enjoyed are stay and spacious accommodation.

Need to provide towels and soap atleasr

The property could use additional cleaning. Dusty room and spiders webs were typically on the floor and corners of the rooms. Curtains, walls had residue of dead insects swatted. No amenities like soap, towels, hand soap, shampoo, napkins. This is not typical even for Europe countries.

We loved having our own little place for three weeks while visiting family & site seeing!! It was clean & perfect for us! The whole Euro Parc was beautiful & well kept too. The Italian restaurant Sophia's was a great place to have dinner. Highly recommend this place to anyone. We are from Nevada, USA and definitely will be back!

The cottages are nice, spacious and well equipped, virtually all have waterfront views and parking outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are good, with swimming pool and a small gym, alongside a small shop and "crazy fries" takeaway. It's 5 minutes drive to the nearest train station which is 2 stops to Amsterdam Central. Issues are we were arriving later, after reception closed at 5pm and the key access instructions email came very late (by 4pm UK time we still didn't have them), so this was stressful. The other big issue is location, unless you like plane spotting! It's on the final approach to Schiphol, so there are constant jets low overhead, wheels down - it stops around 10pm but is constant through the day which is really disruptive. It's a shame as without this it would have been perfect. Probably wouldn't stay again because of the noise, unfortunately.

Awful stay and staff,tent would have been better!

This place is nice, but is quite far outside of Amsterdam and not much public transportation in the area. This place is more of a fancy campground than a hotel. You have to pay for toilet paper and towels, and are charged for bed linen as well. On Expedia it lists this place as having a pool and sauna, but that is only available for a fee.

One of our room was not clean at all when we entered the room there was blankets and cleaning material were on floor of entrance passage inside, we went at reception and it was closed and called to given number on door they said some one will call you for help you on that, I never got call during my 3 night stay, luckily we were 6 ppl between 2 properties (which can accommodate 8 ppl) so because of no blankets in one of the room we had to slplit like 2 in one property and 4 in another.. customer service is zero at all..

Unfortunately, the rooms were nit properly cleaned and there was some mold in the corners of the sleeping room. Very friendly reception though.

These appear to be privately owned vacation rentals that are managed by a unified rental group. We have stayed in two on our trip within the same park. They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace. Condition was certainly lacking. Vinyl floor boards were swollen and warped. In our first place it was so bad that nails had been used to re-fasten it to the ground and we coming up resulting in sore feet when walking without shoes in those areas. Showers in both units were not cleaned properly and showed significant signs of wear. Our second place was in much worse condition. Almost every wall had a crack in it, there was visible mold on the curtains, and signs of water penetration in several walls. The shower doors didn't even close properly, nor did the sliding doors outside the shower and the bunk bed was missing the ladder (I had to lift my 7 year old into bed each night). All in all, the price was great for the amount of people we had staying there, but I'm not sure I would stay again given the poor state of everything.

Beautiful surroundings, the cabin was clean and comfortable with lots of cooking utensils. Pool was warm and clear and the restaurant was really good too. It's not a hotel and the reception is closed early so make sure you take supplies with you as the neatest shop is quite a long way away!

A convenient place to spend a few days. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The on site Italian restaurant served nice quality food. Overall we were satisfied.

We chose this place as it was near to Amsterdam central and other attractions nearby. It has a pool, kids area and great onsite restaurant (Sophia's). It was only 55min from the Hook of Holland ferry. The park is set in great surroundings for walks/cycling and running. The apartment was V good and had all the things we needed. We cooked ourselves and ate out too. The view of the pond was good and we weren't overlooked. Highly recommend.

Good property

The worst management for such wonderful accomodation. They are not thoughtful eventhough they take lots of money from us. Is it hard to supply towels for the people who comes from thousands kilometers away, never mind a hand towel/small body shower/soap even. The problem is not money here, in fact it is that the place is away from the malls and in the middle of a silent jungle. This is cozy for accomodation like river passing through the place we loved that too much, but people also need to get cleanse their body. They shocked me even there is no supply about the toilet paper because the distribution process hadnt come. And some words for leaving. I asked them how to leave keys because we had to leave before they come, the answer came now after we will leave. I saw them while they were holding a meeting with some alcohol from the window, I knocked to ask the keys at around 11 pm, they didnt open the door and turned back their heads to opposite direction. At the end a man saw me and came to respond me. Shame on you. More the nearest public tr. is Halwrg Zwanenburg is 1.5 kms away and there is no shuttle possibility. Walking daytime is consciuous,but nightime uber/bolt is more conscious. I loved Netherlands and people so much but believe me these people cant achieve to manage here. The only thing they know to disturb me steadily for the little fee that I should pay the rest when I navigate Amsterdam. Come late and leave early, dont help so much.

Everything so nice, peaceful and clean space

Modern property with its own garden, perfect for what we needed it for. Only downside is its quite far from public transport. Also wasnt aware of the deposit when booking, €100 per person was taken when we arrived and there were 4 of us so we paid €400 before we even sstarted our holiday

Amazing stay with friendly staff

We loved this property. Will definitely look to coming back here. Was easy access into central Amsterdam via the train.

Great place We arrived after office closed but the key map and parking cart was all left safely in a locker i got emails with all the details which was great and hustle free, huge help during late check in. next day we decide to stay in as the place was so great good walking area 2 lovely kids play areas, mini zoo, swimming pool and great restaurant. There was no reason to go anywhere else. After reading comments i brought towels and toilets with me and I'm glad i did as it wasn't provided. AC a bit tricky to work needs to be pressed and hold for 5sec then press to set temp. Took me some time to make it work. But all goid at the end hotel was best part of the whole trip.

The bungalow was pretty and had its own little garden and view over the water. Inside the house had almost everything. Negative: we endured two nights cold temperatures as the central heating was not working. Two days in a row came technicians trying to solve it. When I complained at the reception, there were other three people having the same issue in other bungalows so it seems that nobody is actually checking that the infrastructure is in order So apart of two cold nights and rainy days with no heating everything else was in order.

Cabins are nice and spacious, with a dedicated parking spot and nice outdoor area (terrace). Clean, close to the train station, but also close to the airport.

The property we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was brand new and very modern. My only issue is that towels are not provided which seems strange for such an upmarket property. It is a fabulous place for visits to Amsterdam but without having to stay in the busy centre. We drove to Halfweg train station and left the car there, parking was free. When we return to the area we will stay there again.

Nice area. The cleaning in the houses (we were a group) was not good at all. Please work on that and we deffinitily will come back.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy. However the garden was poorly maintained, the patio had weeds growing up through the paving and the 'grass' needed cutting. Loved the house with it's tiny toilet and enjoyed the facilities on the site.

We loved the property. The idea of having a tiny house in an area with lots of amenities was great for our family. We had everything that we needed. We did have some difficulty with the restaurant and dinner service. They closed before the posted hours, but we were able to get carry out. The only suggestion that we have for the resort is to have a shuttle service to central Amsterdam, or to the train station would be great. Having a car would have been a good idea for us. We thought the train station was closer than it was. Other than that, the property and unit were fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy to travel to Amsterdam swimmingpool Was Nice clean and Nice area

The grounds are gorgeous and the pool and little playground was perfect for our 3.5 year old. The restaurant has lovely staff and nice to have a cold drink right next to the playground. But the food was pretty awful. The accommodation all have kitchens so we are at home after the first meal.

The place was incredibile, except for the lack of all the services like toilet paper, towels, soap,ecc. Nice stay but the rooms were full of spider webs
