My first time staying here. My Mom bragged about how nice her stay was, so I decided to give it a try for the holidays. Best service, to include free dinner and free drinks 3 per person from 5:30PM-7:30PM each night. The breakfast was awesome! Buffet style with real plates and silverware! Top notch service!

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The manager, Carly, and her staff were kind and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. I travel to the Richmond area several times a year. The Drury Plaza is the only place I'll stay.

I love Drury Plaza. I drove over 2 hours just to have my "staycation" there. It is very nice, clean, comfortable, and peaceful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. I told my parents about it and they came this past summer to stay. They felt just like I do about the property. It is amazing!

This was our second time staying here in a year for my birthday getaway. The amenities are great and it’s close to shopping areas, restaurants and Downtown Richmond. There is a lot to do and see in the area. I would choose this hotel again for future visits. It was clean and comfortable.

We Love Drury! The most comfortable beds!!! They serve breakfast and dinner too, including alcohol, if you wish. All included! These Drury Inn and Suites are just the best ever! We always check first, to see if whatever town we’re going to, has a Drury!

My wife and I did a spur of the moment weekend trip to Richmond, this is a very nice hotel with an excellent staff.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, parking is convenient, and breakfast was very good. It was located a good distance outside of Richmond for us, but we would definitely recommend this hotel if that's not an issue when traveling.

The biggest problem with our stay was our inability to locate the hotel. We circled around 3 or so times as there was no signage at the road level. Finally we pulled into a business park to call found the hotel at the end. Very frustrating.

I recently stayed at Drury Plaza in Richmond. It was my first time hearing of the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. I received great customer service from the Asst District Mgr. Brenda. She was very courteous and helpful. I shared my experience with some family and we are definitely planning to stay at Drury when we visit the area again.

Everything was beyond our expectation and the staff, every person we encountered, was friendly, kind and welcoming. The complimentary food and drink was much better than other hotels. Jerome at the front desk was leaving for the day and saw us waiting to check out and came back, logged back in and got us taken care of while the other employee was taking care of someone else. We felt very taken care of.

My father and I stayed one night which we enjoyed. The three drinks and free happy hour food was nice and filling. The breakfast was pretty standard and fine. Fortunately we were able to park close to the front in a handicap spot and our room was near the elevator, so it minimized walking and pushing the luggage cart. We both liked the Drury. Thanks!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I live about two hours away and consider it a fun getaway, but this would be a lovely staycation even for Richmond families. They have a nice hotel breakfast with some hot items and they put out heavy hors d’oeuvres at night and the adults in the room get credit for two drinks each. Other things will be available for sale. You really could just stay there, maybe order in some lunch, and just enjoy the nice room and pool. Oh, make sure you go down for breakfast on weekend mornings. It makes for such great people watching! There are herds of groups that are in town for competitions or meetings and it’s a delightful chaos of coordinated outfits.
