This property was amazing. It was great location. The staff was super friendly. The rooms are always cleaned every day. It was amazing. I loved it. I would totally stay again.

When I booked the boutique hotel I thought it was a cute hotel and it lived up to every ounce of the hype. The staff at the front desk was amazing from start to finish and very accommodating. The bartenders were great and easy to talk to. I ended up doing the Cabernet show it’s a most do! Dinner and show for $65 is a good look.

First of all, I would like to thank hotel staff Joanna(is right?). She helped me with early-check-in and kept my luggage well before checking in. The hotel was located well enough to walk around major tourist attractions. Breakfast didn't change on the menu, but it was edible, and the room was spacious. I found out at check-out that the refrigerator is provided if requested in advance. Another disadvantage is that the shower booth is too narrow. However, it was a generally satisfactory hotel, and if I travel to Lisbon again, I would like to use this hotel again.

The entire place was great but the staff was truly outstanding

Beautiful and quirky hotel. It’s interior is done up just like a theater. The lighting effects in hallways and lobbies are really cute. The room itself is clean and comfortable and the air conditioning works quite well, unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in. The buffet breakfast is very good. One can have a good English breakfast with eggs, bacon, mushrooms, beans, baked tomatoes, etc. and, of course, it also includes cereals, cheeses, pastries, fruits. If shopping is your thing, then you’re in the right location as Avenida is lined with high-end shops. Lastly, the front staff are quite friendly, polite and helpful.

Rooms were a bit tight but almost all of staff was wonderful (one lady may have been new so still learning). Overall great stay! Breakfast options are nice

No basic amenities are offered like room service, etc. The rooms themselves were clean but VERY cramped and no real space for your things, luggage, etc. If you have an extensive trip itinerary, you’ll naturally have more belongings. If you’re plus sized or need more accessible space, then I’d recommend skipping this hotel. Shower was barely big enough to fit an average sized adult.

Maxime hotel is great hotel. The staff is exceptional. They are very kind and try their best to fulfill the customer’s expectations. The area is great. There is always an ongoing party in the area. Although the room facing behind doesn’t offer a view, it is very quiet. We are very happy with our choice.

Accommodations were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was varied; there was something for everyone. Only improvement would have been wifi- it was very slow and the TV services could have been more varied. Other than that, great hotel with friendly staff.

Location is good. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Luis is extremely hospitable and we felt very welcome to Lisbon.

Great position for seeing the sights of Lisbon. Room was of a good size - comfortable bed and a hot powerful shower. Only thing missing was somewhere to hang the towels in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet initially looked like it had a good choice but sadly everything that was supposed to be hot was cold. The waitress acknowledged this and was very apologetic. The sous vide poached eggs didn't work at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a few nights in Lisbon.

Everything was perfect! Our friends had recommended this hotel but it exceeded our expectations even more! We will be back for sure !
