Spacious high class hotel with Sakurajima station right across the road. My standard twin room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had seperate toilet/powder/shower. I ended up booking another night in addition to my first two nights and will definitely be staying here again next time.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. They have storage for luggage if it's too early to check in, though i was able to check in early as my room was available. The room was spacious and included all necessary amenities plus extra personal care items. The bed was a little too soft for me however. Great view of the river from our window and walking distance to Universal Studios.

It was a big, spacious room with a view of the bridge. We liked that you could control the lights and a/c with the control panel. We didn’t like that the toilet was in a separate room and that there was not very much counter space in the bathroom. There were mirrors across from each other and that was weird. Also there were not very many outlets to plug in our phones. But we did like the key cards to get up and down the elevator, so we knew we were safe. Also it was a great hotel that was right across of the Sakurajima Station and near universal studios and city walk.

My family and I just loved this hotel. Everything is spotless and a 7 eleven right outside the hotel was super convenient. My teenage kids are asking when are we going back! The train to take you to Universal Studios is right across from hotel as well. They make your beds everyday and give you this super cute bag for miscellaneous items I guess. The patio is huge and the view is spectacular.

Overall it was a great choice for our 1st trip to Japan. It was in a walkable distance to Universal studio ( or 1train stop away ). Hotel and its amenities were clean and cleaning service was efficient. Hotel staffs were polite and kind. My personal favorite part of our stay was the gym and spa. Thank you.

No bath tub, wasn’t allowed into spa because of tattoos (I understand it’s their culture and willingly complied, but it still made me sad and was a bit odd to have in a high tourist area), very expensive and didn’t offer basic room supplies such as lotion, skin care packs,etc that I’ve seen in other hotels here. Was definitely within walking distance of universal.

Whilst Liber Hotel is about 10 min walk further feom Universal than other hotels, this slight inconvenience was certainly worth it when entering what was a very impreasive hotel. Our room overlooked the park and whilst slightly small for a family of 4 we all managed fine.
Great onsite facilities onsite as well, with a couple of convenience store close by.
Evening bugget meal was very good if slightly pricey. breakfast was a little more limited although still more than adequate.

Breakfast is very good and many kinds. I really like it. Spa Is also good. The train station is close. 1 stop from USJ. clean. I can see You tube on TV. I really want to stay here again. very good hotel!

My family and I enjoy our stay in the hotel. Very good surroundings. Breakfast is superb, very clean and easy access in universal Studio, all the staff were very helpful. It’s more than we are expecting the facilities of the hotel.

There are over 700 rooms and all are spotless.
Best part was proximity to subway station... literally across the street.
The roof top was great, onsen was fabulous. Need to take subway one stop to universal city for food court, but there is a restaurant and cafe on site.
Concierge service was impressive. She printed out coloured transportation itinerary for us, found sushi restaurant and made reservations.
