Excellent Hotel for a family with kids.

Very professional, friendly & helpful staff and great bar/seating area. Room was clean with good amenities. Quiet spot with good eating options close by.

Nice clean hotel, staff was very friendly. Easy to catch a cab, and central to most of the attractions around Osaka.

My husband and I could not have asked for a nicer hotel experience at our first stop in our Japan vacation. The hotel is beautiful, our view from our room was breathtaking. The size of the room is extremely comfortable and large, the service was incredible. I dropped my wallet at one point unknowingly, not only did someone find it but they called our room immediately to let me know. They helped us transport our luggage to the next location with ease. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. We were in the corner king room for reference and I would highly recommend it if possible. Taxis available anytime, close to the trains, great area.

Great hotel with awesome views.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The options for breakfast were varied and of a very high quality, while it was also located within walking distance of a metro station, giving me access to the rest of the city. Were I to ever stay in Osaka again, I would definitely be staying at this property, once more!

The hotel was classy. Very clean and quiet. Helpful English speaking staff-very import to me. Comfortable bed and pillows. Modern bathroom. Separate bath and shower.the soap,shampoo and body wash was heavenly. Amentities like shower cap, toothbrush, face cloth,razor, everything you need. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed

Too small rooms

This was a lovely hotel. It is a bit tricky to find the entrance (at the rear of the building up an elevator to L15). The room was lovely and spacious but a little tired. The corner suite only had the side windows in the bathroom so it didn’t feel like a corner suite and wasn’t worth the extra cost. All the light switches have LEDs in them so if you don’t like bright lights whilst sleeping this may not be the hotel for you. Two of the three nights the adjacent room was very noisy in the middle of the night making our stay not ideal.

Loved it - great hotel

Fabulous stay, got a room with access to the Executive lounge. Great decision. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks are available. Staff were very friendly and always helpful.

Probably the best out of all our Japan accomodation, so clean and luxe while central to most things Osaka has to offer.

Beautiful and clean

There was no cold water after a thunderstorm. It happened on the day we arrived after 13 hours flight. We were told they don't know it could be repaired. We were not told about about the water situation when we came back to the room. After we get wet in the shower, then suddenly all hot water. A few minutes later, no water at all. Can't flush toilet or use the sink. The front desk ask us for understanding and don't know when the water will be back. Could be no water the day after. I was ready to check out at that point and demanded a refund. They moved us to another room and was told it has water. The water was dripping in that room and then, no water. Worst hotel experience ever.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The area is quiet and easy to access the metro.

It was right in the middle of things we wanted to see and do! The perfect spot to stay.

Not taxi help

Staff are polite and helpful, and check-in was very easy. The property is immaculate and stunning, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are great. This location is well situated for not only getting around Osaka but connecting to other subway and rail lines for further travel.
