My husband made arrangements with the cleaning staff to clean our room at 7 PM. We came back about 10:30 and nothing had been done. We were then told that the cleaning staff had left for the day. We asked for towels and they were brought up but we got nothing else. we paid a lot to stay in your hotel and even rented two rooms. Very un happy with the housekeeping service. Linda Maki

Very clean. All of the staff were friendly especially valet. Great location to Beale street and all the night life excitement.

The hotel was great but not the city

Despite our check in being delayed for 1.5 hours, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in on our USA road trip. Fantastic staff, super comfy bed and the location is a 2 minute walk from Beale Street

The Hyatt Centric Beale Street is very nice: clean, modern, comfortable, and located just one block from the "main" part of Beale Street. If you choose to use an independent parking garage, there is one located kitty-corner. The pool is nice with sufficient amount of seating (at least for the time period we were there). The dining staff were super friendly and attentive. The registration staff were cordial but when we reported a couple of minor issues to them, they responded politely but seemed not to care. We visited the rooftop bar one evening, hoping just to relax outside in the warm weather and enjoy the view; after 20 minutes we left because no server came outside to actually clear off/clean tables or take an order. In spite of those minor annoyances, would still recommend this as a great place to stay.

While the location was awesome and our room quite nice (corner room suite) the hotel just smelled really bad! I ran into a lady in the hallway who stopped to ask me if I thought the smell was safe - it was that bad. After we left my clothes smelled the next several days of our trip.

Should be told in the listing that there is no parking & that its only valet parking which needs to be paid every day which is something we didnt account for

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were super nice!! I loved this hotel!!

Super Hotel, toller Service

It was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that I had to go off the hotel grounds to take my dog to go potty. Would appreciate something a bit closer, especially at night for safety reasons since you are a pet-friendly hotel.

I attempted to cancel my reservation due to an emergency health crisis well in advance and was not successful. It should not be that hard to cancel a reservation. Could not find the confirmation number or any contact from Hotels.com until it was too late to cancel. I spoke with representatives from the hotel, but was told it had to be canceled through Hotels.com. Completely insane ESPECIALLY when it is made unnecessarily complicated to do so.

Room was not ready 30 minutes after check in time, tried to give me a room with double queen instead, said no, so they tried to up charge me for a room with a better view. 1 wash cloth in the room for two people. Fridge was nasty in the room.

Better than we expected. Beautiful modern place. Perfect location. Amazing rooftop bar with great DJ & music. Lobby and restaurant cozy. Truly loved this place.

Arrived later than expected but no issues with checking in , a valet would have been nice as we had lots of luggage to get from the car and valet parking was $32 so at least help getting luggage out . Hotel & room clean , good rooftop bar, pool small but cooled us down . Fabulous location with views of the Mississippi

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Beautiful hotel and lobby with an amazing breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite and had a beautiful view of the river. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were down for a mini getaway before school started. We loved being close to Beale Street. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great location for walking to the Orpheum theatre Mud Island & Beal St

The stay was fine but Valet sucks I waited 1hr and 20 minutes to receive my car I scanned the QR CODE they give you my keys was in the lock box the whole time after I inquired about it twice

Amazingly very quiet for the busy area that its in. Great views of the Mississippi River. Park across street in large garage for $13 a night is very reasonable. 2blocks from Beal Street.

The hotel was nice. The roof bar was as a nice place to hang out in the evening.

The property from the lobby visual appearance is inviting. Our room, although spacious had some areas that needed attention. The carpet could use cleaning and the bathroom sliding door dragged the floor preventing the door from opening and closing. We had to squeeze in and out when using the bathroom. We were also charged for parking three days when we did not utilize as we only inquired. As a suggestionHyatt and the ownership group should do an appearance visit. Some of the staff are less than professional. Living in their cell phones should be regulated to on break times and not during active work time Also, we noticed a staff member of the kitchen not to be wearing any type of uniform. At first glane he looked like a rough guy off the street. Hyatt, please improve your standards.
