Good, quick clean, friendly stay. Walking distance to downtown and the DPAC. Only downside, TV remote didn't work and despite front desk changing batteries I was still not able to access anything on the TV despite the welcoming front page. $25 parking fee.

2nd floor right above active construction. At about 4:30am truck dropped off heavy machinery that made a very loud "bang" sound. Then at 7am construction started. Not a very restful, quiet night.

Perfect for traveling with toddlers and other young kids. My only complaint is the design and location of the bathroom makes it hard to stay asleep when someone uses it in the middle of the night. The door is glass and is in front of the beds, so light shines brightly out, and the flushing sound is close and loud.

We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Durham Bulls Stadium, and we were able to walk to the location. We were happy with the room and location.

I like this property its my 2nd time staying here. It's close to NCCU & the stadium area, it makes restaurants close with good food. Staff is friendly, the only issue I had was room cleaning which is done every 3 days unless requested, that is a crazy policy. I requested service & it somehow was not conveyed. I like to comeback to a clean hotel room.

Definitely enjoyed our stay! Much nicer than expected. Stayed only one night, the DPAC and many restaurants were very close. Great breakfast as wrll! I would definitely recommend!

Polite Efficient

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is within easy walking distance of the Durham Bulls Stadium and the restaurants there and nearby.

It's very reasonably priced, rooms are nice and spacious, and it's near Duke University. It isn't in a very walkable area, but not much in Raleigh is.

The tiles in the elevator were broken. There is no daily housekeeping. The road adjacent is torn up and impassable. Hotel is new. Generic. Had a stale smoky smell. Convenient to Duke and downtown. Easy to the airport. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was good.

spacious room with two kings was comfortable. Decent breakfast. Everything seemed clean and new.

I checked in the property with no issues. I ran into a problem with the refrigerator not working in the room. I was then transferred to another room where I had to haul all of my belongings into another room late in the evening. My daughter slept in one of the beds in the secondary room and woke up in the middle of the night with severe rashes on her arms and legs. I talked to the front desk attendant and he told me to speak to the manager who will arrive at 7am the next day. When I went to the front desk to speak to the manager I was told he was not in town for the day and "may get in town" in the afternoon. I advised them I will be checking out this morning because of a scheduled appointment. I was given a business card with a number on it to call the manager. I called the number and it was the front desk phone number. I called the hotel later that day to speak to the manager and the phone rang for 5 mins and there was no pick-up. I have to escalate this issue because it was a major inconvenience and it offset my plans for the day.

Parking is not included. $10 per night is charged at check-in. Construction all around, roads/street closed. Not recommended.
