Front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming

Hard to find entrance but kind of a cool set up if you choose to use valet. We just parked across the street ~ easy peezy. This place has great friendly service. Breakfast offered was fine. We got a good rest before a sad funeral.

Convenient downtown location. Staff was terrific.

Great place to stay in downtown Colorado Springs. Safe and convenient to walking to many restaurants. Highly suggest the Rabbit Hole for drinks and/or dinner, and Burnt Toast for breakfast. Our view was both of the city and the mountains. Valet parking was great ($29/night).

I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to tons of restaurants within walking distance. I did not realize it was directly across from a Metro bus station. We ended up going out of our way to try to avoid walking right in front of it because homeless and drugged out people hang out there. The location of the hotel ended up being a bit undesirable simply because of that but the hotel itself is great. The staff was awesome, the room was super clean and quiet, it didn't have the annoying AC that cycles on and off. More than once while waiting to cross the street we encountered people out of their mind holding conversations with themselves. I wouldn't stay here again but only because of that. If you're simply coming in to park and stay and not be out and about encountering people like that then it's really a great hotel to stay at. The breakfast was just okay. It was free, and to the "free" standard. Thin bacon, fake tasting eggs. Still better than nothing though. My daughter loved the pancakes. There's several options - meat (sausage or bacon) and eggs, yogurt, breads, some fruit. Again, better than nothing. Zero complaints about the staff or quality of the room or cleanliness. The guys working valet were very nice as well.

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Everything was great starting with the valet service. They were awesome! The front desk was also great! Couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay.

Hotel was great as far as room and cleanliness! Didn’t care for the valet only parking option . Paid to park on the street was better option for us & less expensive.

Brand new and get good breakfast. Easy street parking or garage.

Very friendly front desk staff, generous breakfast buffet, parking attendant had our car waiting for us in the front of the line.

We loved the friendliness of the staff! The room was clean. But, the bed, ugh. It’s one of those beds that rarely sees two people, so my side was worn out and my husband kept rolling into me. Then the noise. We were on the top floor and could hear motorcycles racing around the town until 3am. I was seriously wondering why the police were allowing these dudes on their crotch rockets to race around downtown all night long. It was awful. We barely slept and considered checking out in the middle of the night and driving home.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend staying at the Hyatt. The staff and accommodations were great.

Review based on room and staff. Parking in downtown Colorado Springs is non-existent. If you can find a parking meter spot, consider yourself lucky. There is a public parking structure in front of the hotel, and their valet service an added $30 dollars. So beware. Did not have an opportunity to check out the fitness space, pool/hot tub area, breakfast. Did like the modern styling, hotel and room looked well kept. Bed was good, and the view was nice. The location of the hotel is fantastic. A lot of food options near and within walking distance. Will stay here again for sure.

Great breakfast!

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the hotel. The elevator was a bit shaky but it wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again in the future. Staff was great, helpful with any questions we had. The hallway tended to be noisy during the early hours of the morning but that was more of a reflection of parents letting their kids run and scream down the hallway than something the hotel can control. We did not complain. $30 a night parking is a bit steep but street parking worked really well for us on our second night. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch and plentiful. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was a real problem. My car was attempted to be broken into as I had to park on the street.

Good Rooms Nice Lobby Excellent Value

Other than the area where you pull in under the hotel (not a good layout) and take bags to elevator ! reception on 2nd floor and breakfast. The room is big, it’s great! Park across street for $1 per hr with $12 max very easy in and out.

my daughter got bed bugs and i also did since the day i did check in the bed was dirty and the sheets where not changed
