The hotel is quite new but the breakfast choices is not really appealing they should change they’re chef the taste not really good for the price of 800+ ,compare to L’Fisher is an old hotel but the breakfast is the best for just 600 pesos, if you stay in this hotel don’t bother about the breakfast, no bottle water inside the room😩😩😩

I liked that it’s back door opens directly to the mall, very convenient! There seemed to be several markets around the hotel, but unfortunately I didn’t venture outside. Walking around the mall to shop, eat, and talk with friends over coffee was more than enough for me to love this hotel and its location.

This was the absolute best experience due to various factors. The hotel is modern and clean with high tech upgrades for rooms, as well as eco conscious methods used, and a deliciously diverse breakfast buffet. The hotel has a direct entrance into the mall so you if you ever need anything its a short walk! But what made greatly influenced our stay was how incredibly friendly and hospitable the staff is!

Park Inn By Radisson is one of my favorite hotels. The ambiance and welcoming staff make you feel at home. The Western buffet with some Filipino options makes this hotel a great choice.
The big mall is right outside the hotel, so it is very convenient to go shopping and dine.
The rooms are good size, but the beds are a bit smaller—there are no queen—size bed options for bigger people.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for tourists to stay.

The hotel concept is similar to the Iloilo. The hotel is directly connected to the mall from the hotel itself which is a great plus. Front desk staff was great along with the bellmen who were very accomodating. The pool area was clean and very relaxing. I will certainly return!

They are currently doing some waterproofing repair at the exterior courtyards which is a matter of pulling up the existing tiles, and demo-ing the concrete subslab - there is, of course, some noise associated with this. It's not terribly bothersome, but it's there just the same, otherwise I would rank this higher. The hotel on the whole is in fine condition, well-maintained, and serves a generous breakfast that is well-attended. Access is SM is simply steps away, and is a real benefit for shopping and meals. GRAB worked well for larger van taxi's. I would stay here again.

My room had a weird smell. The shower flooded the floor if ran longer than 5 min. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good but the condition and smell of the room would deter me from coming back

My stay was very pleasant and the accommodations (preferred having hot water)were comfortable. A very courteous and helpful staff.
I requested some soup, but your staff said that they didn’t have. But just the same someone on the kitchen staff made a very delicious chicken soup for us, for I was not feeling well. I thank your very dedicated staff members and the Raddison.
