Housekeeping was very poor. There isn't even a coffee machine in the rooms, just instant coffee with hot water. For water, I can understand, there is a sustainable model kept in mind and only water carafes are given in each room. NOT even tea bags were refilled by the staff. the bed was made and a bit of superficial cleaning done, but other than that room service was poor. At breakfast, the cutlery was poorly washed. When we complained about this at a hyatt property the excuse given was this is not INOX! Really? Cleaning cutlery so it has no stains is importat. One evening we dined at Babel at your other property Babel, the food was overpriced for the quality received. overall not a very good experience. The mattress was definitely comfortable, but the room tight and no views!

This hotel property is average and convenience for overnight to catch early flight. The room have pet odor and we’ve requested to changed to a different room. The second room wasn’t any better. The reception desk told us that the hotel does not have a designated floor for pets. We will not stay here again.

Check in was great. Reception staff gave us an upgrade because we had trouble finding the hotel. Flying in is no problem, but we drove a rental car. The idea was to drop bags, check in, then return the car. No so easy! The room, the hotel itself is very nicely appointed. The bed is by far the most comfortable one we have experienced in 4 countries. The location, The Circle, is across from the terminal, an easy walk. Many shops & places to eat. The only negative comment is the confusion of having two Hyatts in close proximity, and the Place not reachable by car. Definitely recommend to air travelers.

This hotel has good capabilities. We can access this directly from airport and find many restaurants around this. I want to reserve this hotel when I will come here.

Very convenient from the Zurich airport. Very quite, customer service was great.

Comfortable, spacious, modern room. Walking distance to the airport which made it super convenient for my morning flight. Could also stay here and take a short 10 min train in to the city. Food in the restaurant was good but a bit overpriced.

This hotel was perfect for our needs for this trip it is close to the airport with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also a short walk to the metro station if you want to make your way over to the the main part of Zurich. The hotel room was comfy. Great AC, comfy beds and a wonderful view from our hotel room. They also provided a few complimentary extras in case you forgot toothbrush or razor. The hotel staff was very helpful in answering questions about what to do in the area, and also provided the option to store our bags after checkout until we caught our train to the next city.

Very close to the terminals. Don’t follow your GPS, just follow the airport signs. Super fast and easy to walk over. Super quiet in our room. Great stay!

This property is convenient for those flying out the very next day or those flying in late. We walked to and from the airport making it very convenient. Very close to eateries and shopping stores. The hotel is very clean. We included breakfast which was also very convenient.

Solid Hyatt property. It was easy to find from Zurich Arrivals. It was impossible to find when we drove to it (no road signs and Google maps has no idea).

This hotel is conveniently next to the airport with a connecting walkway. But it’s unlike any airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s super clean and stylish - reminded me of a fancy tech campus - surrounded by posh restaurants and work spaces. The park (circle) is walkable and the view at the top is pretty. The room is so spacious!! 😃 And the bathroom is thankfully updated and super clean. They offer full size toiletries in the bathroom and the pillows are firm and nice! Most of the other hotels I stayed at in Geneva had non-supportable pillows - gave me headaches. I slept peacefully with these Hyatt pillows - one is medium and the other is firm (but not rock hard just perfect). The hairdryer is unattached, which is makes it very convenient for female travelers or male travelers with long hair. And the television channels are in English and multiple languages - literally news from every continent was covered. Now, if you’re traveling to the USA, check out of the hotel no later than two hours from your departure time. You’ll most likely be out of Terminal E, which requires a tram ride, lots of walking, escalators, and multiple security checkpoints. Don’t be fooled by the signs by the circle - Zürich airport is HUGE! Let’s put it this way, the Migros grocery in the airport is one of the largest groceries I’ve seen in an airport! It was like a rivaling large Target or Walmart center. I really like this hotel! Wish it was in Geneva downtown.
