The person checking us in needed help. He wasn’t the friendliest but we didn’t blame him as he was very busy with no help. We booked a Mountain View room and got a room in the basement with a view of a car wash. Specifically the vacuuming area.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Breakfast was fantastic. One of the first thing i look for in a hotel is the safety and cleanliness! The cleanliness could be a bit better was not horrible, just could have been better! Would recommend to anyone with kids.

This was a great property to stay at! Clean, friendly staff, breakfast buffet, pool that had a garage door type opening going out to a gated area, so the room didn’t smell so bad of chlorine you had to leave!!! Kids loved it! I loved it. We will definitely stay again when out in the springs.

Hotel property is nice, clean, good hot breakfast, pool, hot tub. However, we booked a suite for 3 nights with 2 queen beds for my family (1 adult and 2 kids) and they oversold and put us in a room with 1 queen and a pull out sofa. It was very disappointing to have to sleep on a sofa bed for the cost I paid. The hotel staff was unapologetic and did nothing to make it right despite giving them 3 attempts to do so.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service! We stayed in a suite and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They clean the rooms daily which is uncommon nowadays and was much appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options that changed daily. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The area was safe and convenient. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time!

There were positives and negatives with this stay. I made the reservation expecting the room to be a suite. Their definition must be different than mine. It was a larger room with a couch, but there was no division between beds and couch, therefore lights were difficult when kids needed to sleep. The small kitchen was adequate and had basics. The breakfast was nice with several options. The kids enjoyed the pool and hottub at the end of our days. Small issue with service regarding housekeeping. Left a note requesting four towels as four people were staying there. When it did not happen, and front desk was asked about it, their response was "housekeepers do not respond to commands." They said they would make a note of the request. The next time we were left with only 2 towels. I found it very odd because the note was not rude and we were curteous to staff, but it did not seem to be returned.

Personal is very poor in helping people and serving in the reception. From the 8 days we were there we never saw the maintenance clean the pool , it was only after we told them that they did. Overall the room was great and alright breakfast, it was mostly the atmosphere was not welcoming at all.

We loved staying here! Our room was incredible and well worth the price. The breakfast was amazing! We have food allergies in our family, and we loved the fact that Udi's gluten free/dairy free blueberry muffins and soy milk were available everyday! All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Overnight stay with kids, room was clean and staff were great. Only thing is there’s not a lot of ventilation so our room got really stuffy.

When I called to confirm the booking, I checked to make sure they would allow our cat and over the phone they said yes. Once we arrived, they told us they do not take cats and couldn’t check us in. It made our evening after a long drive stressful. They probably just need to have all staff on the same Page when it comes to the policies. But the facility looked amazing! Wish we could’ve stayed there!

Spacious rooms, great water pressure, and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Will stay there again when we visit Colorado Springs again.

Everything was good but my husband is 6'2 inches tall we had a room with a queen bed felt more like a full but other than that ok
