1. Alot of buses park infront of house difficult to leave 2. Bathroom shower not very hot 3. Sofa seat cushion need replace , can feel the wood under legs 4. Some of the doors not closing properly need to push to latch 5. Bathroom had some insects , a few stains on ceiling walls due to heavy rains

no breakfast was included but the host provided a good water dispenser

that all the beds were double beds. It would have been good to have some single beds so that people can sleep in their own bed, especially for single men who are not comfortable sharing a bed with someone else.

Rooms were equipped with all necessary items. Super clean.. 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. More than enough beds to accommodate 20 people.

WiFi was too slow, had to connect using our own hotpot to the TV, wasn't able to access to Netflix too.

The location is rather convenient, although it's a little noisy because it's close to the road and you can hear quite a few dogs barking at night.

Since we have 3 cars, only 2 of them may park inside the house, the third must be parked outside, which is risky. Early in the morning was the only time we saw that my husband's car had been bumped.

Everythg in the house is well maintain, rooms, toilets, kitchen are very clean, very comfortable n pleasant stay for all of us. All of us love the house. Some were really amaze wif the room that has 4 queen beds, so spacious n comfortable. It fits my cousin's family of 7 jus nice. All important necessities are provided, for example, washing machine, detergents, hangers, very good customer service of the property owners.

Jus small hiccups. There is 1 room in the kitchen area that has a sliding door wif no knob so it cant be locked, may consider installing a knob wif lock so that people staying in that room have more privacy while sleeping or changing. The pillows are too soft, not comfortable for our heads. The iron board looks like it's going to give way anytime so worried that it will break as we did many ironing coz there are many of us.

The area has monkeys around it. So has to be careful. The rubbish cannot be left outside and need to put inside the house. So if you make a lot of rubbish, it would be uncomfortable
