Lovely, clean and spacious studio apartment, finished and furnished to a very high standard. 3rd time of staying here and it's perfect for what we need - walking distance from the beach/pier/town centre.

Location was great for attending the BIC plus free car parking. Large rooms with good self catering facilities. There is a lift, but it is rather small, so we found it easier to use the stairs. The apartments (we have stayed in 2 of them so far) have been nicely converted from the old Tower House Hotel. We look forward to staying there again

Initial apartment had a couple of issues which the host was proactive in resolving I liked the top floor apartment.

The bathroom is not functioning well, and it tends to get excessively wet, causing water to spill out during showers. The water temperature is also not stable.

Everything needed for our stay was provided. Very spacious and clean. Close to walk to a park overlooking the sea and bus routes. On site parking available. Well equipped kitchen. Outside sitting area though we didn't use

Our stay was great, the apartment was exceptionally clean, and it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the decor as well. The location was excellent for us, close to the beach and town, but very quiet and calm at night. The check-in process was seamless, and everything was easy to find. Parking was very straightforward too, just enter your reg number and that's all! Communication with the property was great as well. We had a small leak on the bedroom ceiling, and they responded quickly. The bed is very comfortable, and the duvet was lush as well. If we return to Bournemouth, we'll definitely stay here again!

The only thing was that the other guest didn't close the door to the building, so it was always open when we returned. This is not the property's fault, though! Also, the light in the wardrobe was permanently on, we couldn't find a way to turn it off, but if you're not as a bad sleeper as I am, it won't bother you at all.

The Appartment was wonderful, so spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues, but Jack came around just after an hour of texting them and sorted it out for us. It was a fantastic little gem. Loved staying here for 5 nights. So close to lots of lovely places. Including some friendly goats on the coastal green. Would definitely come back

Unfortunately weather was terrible. But that is the luck of the draw. Nothing to say bad about the Appartment, it was wonderful

One small thing could do with some hooks by front door to hang coats on. But that is very minor

Lovely place, great location

Beautiful apartment only a short stroll from the beach and a great central hub for driving out and about. The owners have clearly put a lot of hard work and investment into the accommodation - it was tastefully decorated, very clean, incredibly spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. Hosts were a simple message away when I had a question. Friendly, professional, and a lovely apartment, excellent.

Loved it so real complaints. The only things that could be improved perhaps would be bedside drawers for storage and a bit more hanging space/wardrobe. My husband and I are quite tall so we also struggled a bit with the little sofa.

The property is spacious clean and very modern

The only fault I have is a personal one, I had no wheee to do my hair, you kindly provided a hair dryer but no mirror to style my hair only bathroom mirror which has no plug socket, the apartment is very spacious and could do with a dressing table or a mirror in the bedroom

Stunning location, very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Only downside was no tv in any bedroom and having a 10 year old not ideal lol had to go out and buy one. Other than that 10/10

Super stylish apartment with all the comforts. Great location, direct access to the beach. Very close to the city centre.

Shower is a bit fiddly. Switch from cold to hot without any input and water flow is a bit low.

Sofa only able to sit 2 people and shower pressure wasn't great and temperature changed of its own accord.

This apartment was amazing! It has everything you need for a holiday! The location is perfect, five mins from beach and ten mins from centre! So much to do in the area too. Staff brilliant, communication was spot on! I will definitely be returning here as I couldn't fault it at all! A very enjoyable stay! Don't hesitate to book!

The property is beautiful decorated impeccably. The views are amazing overlooking the sea and is exceptionally cleaned and facilities. Great great space in the apartment lots of storage couldn’t ask for more

The only little thing would be that the water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger.
