I had a lovely stay. The hotel was beautifully kept. My room was always clean. Everyone was always so helpful. I would love to see a little touch of the signature pink in the rooms. The rooms could use a lift from the brown and grey. The spa was magnificent Rhiannon was the best therapist. It was a wonderful stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you.

Many children …. Company event made it a bit crowded. Bad closed due to private party …. And no sun after noon in the garden or at the pool. …. But the beach is a good alternative

A fabulous weekend getaway. the hotel was lovely, and we had an amazing view of the ocean. The staff were very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

The room itself was lovely, however, for the price you pay it felt all a bit off. The pool is far too small and felt like a big 4 caravan park with kids diving and doing bomb dives off all of the podiums. There should have absolutely been an adults only pool also. The pool is a wind tunnel and good luck getting a spot! As it was a special occasion I ordered some things to the room for our arrival…it was wrong. Instead of crediting us after the stay they just took $10 off. These things are small but when we laid $1200 for one night you expect better.
Staff also were not amazing. Room service was so so. Not worth the $55 per dish.
Would definitely go to the Sheraton next time, as at least the pool is spacious and kids can be kids without splashing water on peoples belongings.
Staff service at the pool bar was pretty bad too.

Stunning hotel, great (and super speedy) service.
We ordered room service for our 9yo son and Alice who delivered it put so much care into setting it all up nicely for him, complete with flowers and after dinner mints. We were blown away. It was a very sweet and memorable moment!

Wonderful stay. The staff were superb from check-in to check out. We booked a 2br apartment in the Jewel Residences, ideal for a family of 4. The apartment was located on the 35th floor with incredible views of the beach when in the kitchen, lounge, dining area. The master bedroom, with its own balcony, faced west towards the hinterland, so it was nice for afternoon sun. The hotel is a ~15-20min walk from Surfers Paradise, but easy enough to get an Uber or jump on the tram, which is ~200m walk from the hotel.

A beautiful building, beautiful rooms and surroundings and definitely has the potential to be a true 5 star luxury hotel. It has everything it needs to succeed just needs stricter management knowing what their staff are like and what level of hospitality they are providing. A few staff members let the rest of the team down

I just loved this hotel. It was stunningly beautiful, clean, safe and relaxing. Great bar to meet friends, excellent food choices, comfortable room, loved the amenities. Cant wait to come back

Absolutely amazing. This place is so gorgeous. The buildings, the interior designs, the look, the staff and service, the food etc. This was my first time and i will definitely be coming back. By far, the best place ive ever stayed at.

We had a power problem. Every half hour our electricity would cut our. This caused the curtains to close and it became pitch black. We would need our phone torch to find the main switch and turn back on. We reported it three times although nothing was done. They kept saying to reposition our power card. Then they said we will get a power engineer to look into it. That never happened. It was like we were staying in a third world country that had power problems.

Over all very good, though some aspects could be improved (more than on chair on the balcony would be good, the TV in the main bedroom sitting on a stand on the floor was a bit 1990's and room only serviced ever second day)

a person from outside the resort was walking around the pool asking guests for cigarettes staff instead of moving on gave the women smokes which i found to be wrong when you are paying so much for a stay

Unfortunately an unusable bathtub, staff sarcasm. Meal tray left in room all night as no one answered the phone for collection (as instructed). Completely ignored in 2 of 4 interactions with staff. Tip: smiles are free*. Probably won't be back though.

Great location. 15min walk to either surfers or Broadbeach. Excellent facilities, great restaurants. Well maintained and clean. Easy parking. Great and helpful team. We enjoyed a fantastic week here. Food was great too, room service team very friendly and accommodating.
