We were greeted by the host with the keys.

The blinds in the front top bedroom let in a lot of light from the street lights and on the Saturday night it was a bit noisy. The bottom bedroom felt cold and smelt a bit damp.

Loved the location, everything is convenient to walk to and the place is beautifully done, it has a great kitchen with every appliance one might need. And a bonus of an outside terrace. Fiona was very helpful and left us a wonderful collection of treats!

The second bedroom with the king size bed is very small, so if you have couples sharing equally, that might be an issue. It was no problem for a family!

The house was beautiful and renovated to a high standard. Everything was great including the toiletries in the bathrooms, the comfy beds and the supplies in the kitchen. The house was just meters away from restaurants, bars, harbour front and shops. We loved our stay.

Don't think we could have found a better place to stay in Kinsale. We were in the centre of town with all facilities on our doorstep. House was just amazing, beautifully restored and great attention to detail. Everywhere was spotless. Bathrooms especially were so clean and top class toiletries provided. Fiona, our host was lovely and there to meet us on arrival. Only thing we were missing was a teapot (you'd know we're Irish) and one quick text to Fiona resolved that. Highly recommend a stay.
